Jersey Mike's Subs

We love Jersey Mikes but my daughter chose them as her “birthday dinner” and it was the best! The staff celebrated with us and made my daughter feel so special! Thank you Jersey Mikes!!

I dined at this establishment on 6.20.2025. I just had the BEST sandwich of my life! This is the first time I’ve had Jersey mikes and definitely won’t be the last. Subway, Jimmy John’s, and Firehouse Subs does not compare! They LOAD your sammy up with high quality meats unlike every other sub restaurant that skips out on it and charges an arm and a leg for extra! The prices are about the same as anywhere else you go!

The employees here are so kind and helpful! Every person I spoke with was very well mannered and had great suggestions on how to make my food the most enjoyable. My visit was very worthwhile and there’s not a single complain that I have. The cookies are so mouth-wateringly delicious! Best cookie I’ve had from a sub place, once again outshining Subway and Jimmy John’s.

This will be my go to spot for the hook up on the best sub in town!

We order from here frequently. We were disappointed because recently we ordered two subs only to drive 20 minutes home and to find they were both made wrong - one didn’t even have any sauces, dressing, or veggies. Manager on duty was rude when we called and did not apologize for the orders being very wrong. The manager explained their policy, which is poor and needs to be reconsidered\\altered. If the policy cannot be changed, they need to implement processes to ensure sandwiches are made correctly the first time.

Jersey Mike's is my favorite Sub shop! I've always loved ordering there until I finally got a wrong order and realized their return policy once I got home.... Drove 30 minutes home and realized the sandwich that I got was NOT what I ordered. Called and let them know, I was told that they do not issue refunds or vouchers for new sandwiches for later.... I was told I could put my sandwich in the freezer and bring it in another date for a remake... What the heck? As a business, their employees gave me the wrong sandwich.. I don't see how that's my problem?? The burden of poor customer service should not be placed on the customer. Right? How's it my fault I live 30 minutes away or their employees messed up? I would have gladly sent a picture of the wrong sandwich and my receipt but I was told it wouldn't make a difference... I could either NOT eat and freeze the sandwich and bring it in at another date, or just eat my sandwich.. spoiler alert .. I ate the sandwich!! Ha ha. Come on man.. it's STILL Jersey Mike's!! Couldn't help myself.

Buyer beware though.... CHECK your bag before you leave dude. No one likes to be that guy and hold up the line but if you live as far away as I do, BE that guy. Ha ha. Otherwise you got to be the guy who writes a bad review for a restaurant you love.

Always a pleasure stopping in for a quick lunch. I got the Chipotle Cheesesteak (#43) on the rosemary parmesan bread. It was fantastic! The staff were extremely welcoming and were so very kind. It was fairly busy and the staff were all very communicative and organized which is awesome to see! Can’t wait until the next time I stop by. Thanks for the great experience!

Dietary restrictions: They have a gluten free bread option! I am not personally gluten free but I have friends and family with Celiac and they have said great things about the gluten free bread. I spoke with the manager about their gluten free process and they make sure that everything on the station is thoroughly cleaned and specific tools are used to prevent cross-contamination!

Amazing lunch experience. 10/10 would recommend. Food was fantastic, service even better. Beau provided unreal service. I could clearly see his passion for serving and the product. They were actively cleaning while I was eating which was nice to see the maintain a germ free store. If you’re short on time it doesn’t matter because the service is so fast and pain free. If you have some extra time definitely stop in and chat will Beau and all the other employees. Amazing staff as a whole. After eating here I can easily say this is my favorite sub shop!

Fast, friendly and delicious sandwiches. They are the most friendly staff I’ve ever had to get food. It is an around great place!

Kid-friendliness: They remember mine and my kids name and greet us every time we walk through the door.

The staff was inviting and friendly only reason it kept 2 stars order was correct half of the way and the cheese steak that was supposed to be a chicken cheese steak was over done with cheese and left a waxy after taste prolly not gonna run down this rabbit hole again

These people continue to cut my bread with mayonnaise all over the knife. Just had the employee cut my first sandwich with mayonnaise all over knife which got on my bread and then did it a second time. RIDICULOUS!!!!
