I shouldn't admit it but I eat at Jersey Mike's frequently. It is always my go to for sandwiches. Add spicy mustard to your #13 or #56 and thank me later. The people are always friendly and appear to enjoy their environment. Thanks for always providing delicious sammie's.

We came in at 8:50 pm and they closed at 9:00. They graciously made us delicious sandwiches even though I know they were ready to clean up and leave for the evening. Thanks to the entire crew…Zane, the assistant manager, was outstanding!

Apparently the former manager of this store and others in the area is not with the company anymore, and today evening, a self-proclaimed “16yo boy” kicked my wife and I out at 9:00pm because he “has a job to do”. I asked this young fellow why he’s being the way he’s being, and told him that that’s not the way customers should be treated, and he started yelling across the entire store that he’s a minor and a young boy, and that I need to be out of the store immediately. We absolutely loved this place and were regulars since we live in the area, but this location will no longer be receiving our business. Management should not be hiring unstable and insecure little boys…

First time EVER having a Jersey Mikes! I know shocking 😳 but today I went into this Jersey Mikes location explaining my situation & I’m sorry I didn’t catch your name. But the gentleman understood my situation & was so helpful. I definitely recommend & will definitely be back.

We love Jersey Mikes but my daughter chose them as her “birthday dinner” and it was the best! The staff celebrated with us and made my daughter feel so special! Thank you Jersey Mikes!!

I dined at this establishment on 6.20.2025. I just had the BEST sandwich of my life! This is the first time I’ve had Jersey mikes and definitely won’t be the last. Subway, Jimmy John’s, and Firehouse Subs does not compare! They LOAD your sammy up with high quality meats unlike every other sub restaurant that skips out on it and charges an arm and a leg for extra! The prices are about the same as anywhere else you go!

The employees here are so kind and helpful! Every person I spoke with was very well mannered and had great suggestions on how to make my food the most enjoyable. My visit was very worthwhile and there’s not a single complain that I have. The cookies are so mouth-wateringly delicious! Best cookie I’ve had from a sub place, once again outshining Subway and Jimmy John’s.

This will be my go to spot for the hook up on the best sub in town!

We order from here frequently. We were disappointed because recently we ordered two subs only to drive 20 minutes home and to find they were both made wrong - one didn’t even have any sauces, dressing, or veggies. Manager on duty was rude when we called and did not apologize for the orders being very wrong. The manager explained their policy, which is poor and needs to be reconsidered\\altered. If the policy cannot be changed, they need to implement processes to ensure sandwiches are made correctly the first time.

Jersey Mike's is my favorite Sub shop! I've always loved ordering there until I finally got a wrong order and realized their return policy once I got home.... Drove 30 minutes home and realized the sandwich that I got was NOT what I ordered. Called and let them know, I was told that they do not issue refunds or vouchers for new sandwiches for later.... I was told I could put my sandwich in the freezer and bring it in another date for a remake... What the heck? As a business, their employees gave me the wrong sandwich.. I don't see how that's my problem?? The burden of poor customer service should not be placed on the customer. Right? How's it my fault I live 30 minutes away or their employees messed up? I would have gladly sent a picture of the wrong sandwich and my receipt but I was told it wouldn't make a difference... I could either NOT eat and freeze the sandwich and bring it in at another date, or just eat my sandwich.. spoiler alert .. I ate the sandwich!! Ha ha. Come on man.. it's STILL Jersey Mike's!! Couldn't help myself.

Buyer beware though.... CHECK your bag before you leave dude. No one likes to be that guy and hold up the line but if you live as far away as I do, BE that guy. Ha ha. Otherwise you got to be the guy who writes a bad review for a restaurant you love.

Always a pleasure stopping in for a quick lunch. I got the Chipotle Cheesesteak (#43) on the rosemary parmesan bread. It was fantastic! The staff were extremely welcoming and were so very kind. It was fairly busy and the staff were all very communicative and organized which is awesome to see! Can’t wait until the next time I stop by. Thanks for the great experience!

Dietary restrictions: They have a gluten free bread option! I am not personally gluten free but I have friends and family with Celiac and they have said great things about the gluten free bread. I spoke with the manager about their gluten free process and they make sure that everything on the station is thoroughly cleaned and specific tools are used to prevent cross-contamination!
