I rarely leave reviews. First time at a Jersey Mikes……Richmond Road Jersey Mikes was great. Service was impressive. Staff was friendly and professional in a manner you rarely see or even expect these days. Food didn’t disappoint. My son said it was the best sandwich he ever had lol.

Literally the only Jersey Mikes where one of the crew members offered to clean the slicer before making my veggie sandwich because she was just slicing meat. Obviously I know a ton of factors can go into whether or not a location does this, but man it was so nice! I really appreciate it! Otherwise, everything else was good, as usual! Food was yummy, other crew members were kind, would come again, but we are just passing through. If you’re in the area and craving Jersey Mikes, this is a good option!

Good food and a great staff at this location. The people who work here are super friendly. The subs are always prepared correctly. I couldn’t ask for more, except for slightly lower prices!

I don't know how they do it but virtually every Jersey Mike's I go to has the friendliest staff I've ever met, and this one is no exception.
Our order contained a gluten sensitivity request, and I think the reason we keep coming back to Jersey Mike's is because although we know it's an inconvenience for them to clean their food prep area for us they never make it seem like it, which we appreciate because we do feel bad but it's unfortunately not something we can avoid.
I accidentally ordered sub to this location, and there was no way for me to cancel the order through the app. I called and spoke with a gentleman who called his manager to see what should be done in this case. Long story short he was able to call the other location and give them my order so I could pick it up. The employee was very courteous and resolved this issue with the best customer service.

It was crowded, food didn't taste fresh, you only get one type of bread, and you feel rushed.

Nice new store and people. Just expensive for what you get.
The lack enough veggies to make a veggies sub. Lack cucumbers, green peppers, olives, etc. So my wife got a 6 inch turkey sub, I got a 6 inch ham & cheese and it was $19.74, no veteran discounts.
At Jimmy John's we get 8 inch subs, one a veggies, other a ham & cheese, for $13.86.
Jersey Mike's is a good sandwich but not good enough to pay $6 more.
