Jersey Mike's reminds me of subs back home. The subs are great. The rewards are also a plus.

I don't know how they do it but virtually every Jersey Mike's I go to has the friendliest staff I've ever met, and this one is no exception.
Our order contained a gluten sensitivity request, and I think the reason we keep coming back to Jersey Mike's is because although we know it's an inconvenience for them to clean their food prep area for us they never make it seem like it, which we appreciate because we do feel bad but it's unfortunately not something we can avoid.

I accidentally ordered sub to this location, and there was no way for me to cancel the order through the app. I called and spoke with a gentleman who called his manager to see what should be done in this case. Long story short he was able to call the other location and give them my order so I could pick it up. The employee was very courteous and resolved this issue with the best customer service.

It was crowded, food didn't taste fresh, you only get one type of bread, and you feel rushed.

Obviously not ready for busy crowd. Order was lost from time orderd until recieved, very very unorganized lots of people behind counter lots of confusion, Maybe not my cup of tea, Just Richmond ky's new store,

Nice new store and people. Just expensive for what you get.
The lack enough veggies to make a veggies sub. Lack cucumbers, green peppers, olives, etc. So my wife got a 6 inch turkey sub, I got a 6 inch ham & cheese and it was $19.74, no veteran discounts.
At Jimmy John's we get 8 inch subs, one a veggies, other a ham & cheese, for $13.86.
Jersey Mike's is a good sandwich but not good enough to pay $6 more.

Had another great sandwich, my Big Kahuna. There was a small mixup, so I got chicken, not steak. "Hez" immediately fried up another sub and even threw in a delicious chocolate chip cookie. I am stuffed and happy, great customer service.
Love the Italian sub! Great place for lunch!
