I had a 49 dollar order delivered, pizza and brownie. The pizza only had toppings on 1/2, all the toppings had slid to 1/2 and stuck to box top. Honestly looks like it was dropped from a high distance. Also arrived cold. I've purchased many pizzas from the south broadway location and never had this issue. Wasn't even a plastic lid holder in the box. I tried to contact the store but only got the A.I. order robot, couldn't reach a human. I texted the store only to get a reply asking if i wanted to place an order. That was the last pizza from jet's ever for me.

Always a great experience. The food is always delicious. Not many restaurants in Lexington that I can personally say I’ve never had an issue or mistake with. The gentleman I work with today, Justin he is the best they go out of their way to make sure your pizza is hot and fresh and taste exactly like you like. I will not delete my previous review because reviewing that day what I received was a true review, but I will come back in and edit this review because since that day and that review I have ordered from there four different times and all four occasions were not at all up to my expectations and today’s visit was the worst of them. All not only did I not receive what I ordered. It was cold. It was old. You could tell that it been sitting and he didn’t even take the time to really warm it up thoroughly so although I love jet pizza and usually the experience is awesome and the food is delicious. The last four times has now created a habit in my head and so therefore I will not be returning to jet’s pizza and hopefully they get this location back to the standard it used to be.

Got a bacon, and pepperoni deep dish and pepperoni, mushroom and onion deep dish and a salad and a ham and cheese boat tonight after my mom's chemo treatment and we loved it and will be having leftovers for days and we are planning on coming back next month
