Jet's Pizza

Their eta for delivery sucks. They aren’t here within a 15 minute window and give you a BS excuse about EMS delivery times. I’m 5 minutes from them them. Can’t wait for Rolling Oven coming soon. Will never order from Jett’s again. Many disappointments.

Edit: After a poor first experience, the owner called me personally to discuss my concerns. Based on the owner's willingness to engage with his customer in a constructive and positive manner, I gave Jet's a second chance. I'm glad I did!

The food is awesome. The 8 corner pizza is crispy, buttery, the toppings are generously piled on and the sauce tastes great.

The order process over the phone was fantastic with friendly and helpful service, the delivery was flawless, everything was piping hot. One of the best delivery pizzas I have had.

I'd be happy to order from them again and appreciate the willingness on the part of this business to make it right after a mistake.

Very sweet lady answered the phone for me. She was very patient and recommended me something new to try! She even got me to buy 3 homemade ranch cups! They were delicious! Thank you lady on the phone. I really enjoyed my pizza with the ranch. I know her name started with a K sound! She was awesome!!! Will re order soon!!

These workers are always top notch and the food is amazing! But boy could they use an extra set of hands on peak nights.

I placed an order online on a Friday night during peak hours. The actual pickup was within 15 minutes of the estimated pickup time -- totally reasonable, completely happy with that.

Thing is, they were PACKED with people waiting for their orders. Those workers were HUSTLING and still behind. They need more help!!

Love Jets Pizza, I come here often but today my experience was far from perfect. I called in my order, I tried to not go with the automated system and it still took me there, so I went with it to continue to order my pizza. When I cane to the Palomar Ky location I was treated well with the first person I spoke with but when I found my order wasn’t correct I relayed it to the gentleman and he said let me get a manager.Then I was greeted by the manager whom didn’t realize how to handle customer service. All I wanted was my pizza cut into squares and this man continued to tell me why he couldn’t and what I should have done when I called the pizza in instead of just fixing the order. It was extremely frustrating, I wasn’t asking anything for free I just ordered a pizza and I wanted it the way I ordered but clearly I was wrong for how I ordered it. I’ll make sure to go to another location next time!!

My order was late being delivered and I called them to let them know and 30 minutes later I had a new warm order! Just phenomenal customer service as well as delicious pizza’s!

Pizza was fantastic as was the cheese bread. Sauce is amazing! Also they had very fast delivery! Please tell the driver we are sorry he went to our room and we were outside, he left it at the desk for us! Great amazing service! Thank you
