Overall food quality is fine, no issues or complaints, however accuracy of orders is terrible! I’ve ordered multiple times and always receive my order, but with items left off of it. Frustrating for sure as it’s guaranteed to be wrong. Reading many other reviewers, I’m almost curious if it’s something going on internally with their system as everyone’s orders are inaccurate! If it’s not a system issue, I would strongly encourage the managers to ask their line crews to take 5 seconds and double check all orders before wrapping them up.

I’ve ordered from this store several times.
They have gotten my order wrong 50% of the time. Although the staff is nice on the phone, they nearly always hang up the phone before I finish placing my order, or ask them to call me before the delivery driver arrives.
First time. Signed up for the rewards, easy to use.
We had the #7 and a Jalapeno Chicken Ranch Wrap with two pickles and chips. Would definitely get either again.
Everything was great. Friendly and quick service.
I'll be back to another Jimmy John's next time I'm visiting the US!

I have a tough time with this location. I order from here at least once a week for lunch at work and typically love the sandwich I get, but hardly ever are you getting the mayo packets or napkins that you've requested. Additionally, I'd say once out of every four orders, my lunch gets taken to an entirely different building. The security guard of that building usually takes mercy on me and calls my number on the receipt after it's been sitting there for an hour. I love their sandwiches but I think I'm simply going to have to stop ordering from this specific location.
