I wouldn’t typically just leave a review for a sandwich shop. But the staff that you all have here Is second to none. Online lorder That I messed up and did pick up rather than delivery I waited for over an hour until I realized I made a mistake I called the store To be answered by BO He understood my mistake. He addressed the issue and went above and beyond. This was a late night order and he could’ve just called it quits but he exceeded my expectations With his main man Carlos Answering the bell within minutes being freaky fast
Not only the best sandwich I’ve ever received from Jimmy John’s The customer service was 2nd to none I know this is a stupid thing to be excited about, but they took a bad experience and made it perfect

Honestly i left a 5 star review just to be nice to you guys. But this is handsdown the worst location in town and you cannot change my opinion. Stop hiring people who cannot make a sandwich and who do drugs on the job. Very poor management and after just waiting in the drive thru for 30 minutes on an online order and you guys got it wrong. Is pathetic. Do better.

They stated they were open until 10pm but the staff refused to serve in the drive through and the doors were closed.Please remedy this.This was at 9:45 pm and the hours are until 10pm
I come here every 7-10 days or so, Never had an issue. My sandwiches have always been fresh and made to my specifications (no missed toppings, etc).
