Ordered online and our sandwiches were made backwards. Husband got mine with his customizatiins i got his with my customizations. When i called i was basically told when its a web irder they cant do anything about it! So basically i got no dinner! I will never go to this location again. They obviously dont care about their customers. Very disappointed $30 wasted!

Did an online delivery order have not had any problems with them recently every once in a while, it takes them over an hour to make a delivery and today was no exception-it’s been 50 mins since I placed my order- the tracking said that it was out for delivery over 30 minutes ago called the store. She said they were overwhelmed with deliveries. He should be there soon - still nothing and it wasn’t cheap either this order . Anytime you called the store to ask for an explanation for the for them to be held responsible. It’s always someone else’s fault and they should be right here. I don’t live very far from this location. There’s absolutely no reason why I should be going over 15 minutes and waiting now for a delivery order.

I really like this place and they’re usually good. I like the spicy east coast Italian. I get it every time and I love it. A lot of the people who work there seem really dejected and are sometimes slow to come to the register. They also speak really quietly. It’s okay if it’s your first couple days , but it’s been an issue for a while now with the same few people. I go out of convenience, but if I had one nearby with better service I would go to it.

I'm 1.7 miles away and they dont deliver in my area, they are only freaky fast cause they deliver close quarters which kinda cancels out that freaky fast b.s., its cold sandwiches how freaking hot could it get in 1.7 miles. Put it in a cooler if you're so concerned.

The ineptitude and total lack of professionalism of this store is absolutely appalling. The last several times I’ve ordered food for delivery from here there has been one problem or another. My most recent experience was an order which was taking a long time, and when I called to check on it I was told that they only had one delivery driver and that my order should be arriving at any moment. Shortly afterwards I received a call from a person at the other end of my street who said they had received an order from Jimmy John’s with my name and number on it. When I called back and informed them of the issue the manager informed me he could issue me a $10.00 credit…on a$70.00 order! I have sworn before that I would not order from this store again, but I guess I hoped that things might get better. I was wrong. This will be my last time.

This store is usually on it. I order from them all the time. But this time they dropped the ball. I know what I'm about to say is petty little things but if I pay 20 bucks for something I would like it how I ordered it. My sandwich had no tomatoes. My pickle wasn't cut. I had no straw for my drink. All these things they are usually on top of so I don't know what happened this time but I wasn't happy at all and I love this location.

This location consistently takes ages to make a sandwich (not at all freaky fast) and today I had the pleasure of receiving half a sandwich worth of meat and an exceeding slow place. The staff is very underwhelming in service and communication. Cannot express how poorly this location represents one of my favorite sandwich chains.

Ordered two sandwiches in the drive thru, one giant pepe and one regular country club, was only given one giant country club. when we returned to have it fixed we were given one regular country club. still incorrect, still no pepe. come on yall

I want them to stop outsourcing deliveries to app-based meal delivery service drivers. It causes problems. I only want to support their dedicated drivers who have an understanding of the delivery area and are accountable to their branch. My delivery driver from Uber showed up with a cracked out looking guy smoking a cigarette and the bag had been opened.
O my God the turkey sandwich was delicious.toast bread was fresh and the vegetables was nice and crisp

The only reason I'm giving this review is Jimmy Johns finally have toasted subs. I could not be happier. I've had the toasted roast beef and the toasted Italian. They are both good. I will be eating there more frequently now because of these subs. I'm a happy camper. So glad they finally wised up and added hot subs to the menu.

It's Jimmy John's! You know what it is and what you're getting. This location, however, always seems to be spot on in terms of accuracy and they get the sandwiches out super quickly. Nice folks working there. I wish they would add an option to tip on a credit card because I rarely carry cash on me anymore!
