Worst Jimmy John's in Lexington KY, hands down. If you do not check your order before you leave you can expect to regret it when you get home. I even tip this place for the workers sake, but that doesn't make a difference.

I hate writing bad reviews but this is the worst Jimmy johns experience Iâve ever had. We ordered three sandwiches, drinks, chips and a cookie through the drive through and waited 10 minutes even though we were the only car. Then at the window had to remind them about two missing bags of chips and a drink, and didnât even get the cookie. Got home and realized that all three of the sandwiches were wrong. We called, ordered new ones and read back the order over the phone and TWO of the sandwiches STILL got messed up when we got them delivered⌠not sure what was going on and itâs not a huge deal but was just a frustrating experience, wonât be going to this one again

I've ordered 600+ inches of sandwich both for myself and others at this location alone. Whether it's delivery or pickup the quality stays consistent. The staff are always friendly and never ignored about modification requests. I've noticed that they've had some staff come and go with turn over but for the most part they have a good dedicated core at this location. I have nothing but respect for my local JJs.
Dietary restrictions: If you're trying to maintain a low carb diet and want to emphasize protein and fat macros a cheap unwhich from JJs is always a solid move. Especially in time crunches.

This location is the BEST Jimmy Johnâs Iâve ever been too. They are so clean and respectful! The general manager there was so nice to me and my family. She constantly checked on us while we were eating, you donât get that nowadays at fast food places. We definitely will be back after this experience. This is now my go to Jimmy Johnâs!!! Had to share my experience and feedback. Big shout out to the managers and staff here. Thank you all!

Dropped the food off at the wrong house then the driver got an attitude with my wife saying he went to the right house even tho we had not received the order and we had no video on our front door cam, then asked us to go outside in the snow to look at our neighbors front porches, at night, to look for our food.

Ordered drive thru. Skeptical given previous reviews and I did have to repeat myself a few times while the worker was taking my order to make sure it was correct. However it came out 100% right and exactly what I ordered. Not sure about ordering on the app or delivery service but drive thru service was great, no complaints.

The girl who works the drive thru window is far from polite or friendly. She doesnât even speak unless made to by asking a question. She literally just stares at you waiting for payment. No asking if you are a rewards member, no hi, no thank you.. no nothing. I donât need to be fluffed but I would appreciate something out of what is supposed to be customer service.

You order from door dash and the app just keeps saying it running late but if you are a company then if you know your jimmy employee then we will not be told when it is here because the app does not show it then when u finally call they say it's been delivered by their owner drivers companies should have better ways then tend to this because their the one deciding they are going to use their own driver so common sense is the should say something. This is crazy and this is one I will never order from again. Then when I look in the bag they didn't even send the sandwich the company itself to ok but this particular store is not not at all
