What happened to being freaky fast or even decent customer service. Placed an order, it's been out for delivery for 15mins now. Called to get an update. Without any information, I was told my order left with 5 others. How do you know? You asked for no information at all.

Worst Jimmy John's in Lexington KY, hands down. If you do not check your order before you leave you can expect to regret it when you get home. I even tip this place for the workers sake, but that doesn't make a difference.

I hate writing bad reviews but this is the worst Jimmy johns experience I’ve ever had. We ordered three sandwiches, drinks, chips and a cookie through the drive through and waited 10 minutes even though we were the only car. Then at the window had to remind them about two missing bags of chips and a drink, and didn’t even get the cookie. Got home and realized that all three of the sandwiches were wrong. We called, ordered new ones and read back the order over the phone and TWO of the sandwiches STILL got messed up when we got them delivered… not sure what was going on and it’s not a huge deal but was just a frustrating experience, won’t be going to this one again

I've ordered 600+ inches of sandwich both for myself and others at this location alone. Whether it's delivery or pickup the quality stays consistent. The staff are always friendly and never ignored about modification requests. I've noticed that they've had some staff come and go with turn over but for the most part they have a good dedicated core at this location. I have nothing but respect for my local JJs.
Dietary restrictions: If you're trying to maintain a low carb diet and want to emphasize protein and fat macros a cheap unwhich from JJs is always a solid move. Especially in time crunches.
This location is the BEST Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been too. They are so clean and respectful! The general manager there was so nice to me and my family. She constantly checked on us while we were eating, you don’t get that nowadays at fast food places. We definitely will be back after this experience. This is now my go to Jimmy John’s!!! Had to share my experience and feedback. Big shout out to the managers and staff here. Thank you all!
