I rarely leave bad reviews but avoid this Jimmy johns. It's convenient due to the close proximity to campus but it's easily the worst JJs in town. Rude service, they'll make you pay extra for additional condiments but won't put them on the sandwich, and the sandwich ingredients taste so old and rank compared to other locations.

I went to place a direct online order through the Euclid address. Went through all the steps, and they charged my card even though it said online it was declined. So I called store and can’t remember the lady’s name I spoke to (but the manager laurel refused to give me the persons name.) but I told her what was going on, and she said to give it ten minutes and call them back, and if nothing showed up in the system they’d take care of it, fast forward to 12:41 am, I recorded the call with said manager laurel. But told her everything. And the situation and ask her if maybe the order went through or not. More or less I just wanted the food I didn’t care or worry about the money at this point in time, but she got verbally aggressive with me and told me she didn’t know why I was told that and if it wasn’t showing up in theyre system and i needed to call back in the morning and speak with theyre gm about it. I said okay that’s fine but she didn’t need to get an attitude to with me all I did was tell her the truth about the situation and that I was fully charged for the order and she got aggressive again I said okay that’s fine well since this is going to be handled in this situation I wanted the original persons name including hers so I can speak with theyre gm about it and she refused to give me the other persons name multiple of times. But I said I also wanted to let you know that the call was recorded due to the nature of your aggression in the beginning.. at this point now I don’t care about my money or the food or the fact I was blandly lied to, it’s the fact I called with a kind discretion and the manager who is supposed to to be setting examples for Lowe status employees is going to treat customers who care like this.

The staff were very nice. The food prep area was being cleaned up from apparently large orders. I'm not sure if this caused it, but a few hours after eating, I threw for 4 hours straight, and medical staff think it was food poisoning.

have had issue with the delivery service recently on more than one occasion. I will not continue to spend my money at this location. It’s should not take over an hour and a half to not even received your food. They claimed the food was delivered but the app never said it was delivered and couldn’t tell me when the driver delivered the food but assumed he delivered to another apartment. I don’t know what type of games they are into but I don’t play about my food and didn’t trust them to prepare my food for redelivery.
