Went here for lunch and got an Italian on wheat bread. Got store bought bread and about 3 slices of meat. I could have purchased every single ingredient individually for a quarter of the price of this sandwich. Lady was so incredibly rude to me after mumbling that my order was ready. Will not be going to one of these again.

I’m not certain how many reviews saying the same thing are required for the franchise owner to make changes or corporate to do something about this location instead of providing boiler plate responses to reach out to customer service. The young ladies on staff here are rude and dismissive bordering on mean. They took my money, slapped my sandwich on the counter and ignored me when I thanked them. I felt like an imposition not a customer. They are destroying the Jimmy John’s brand. Never again. There are plenty of restaurants on Nicholasville Road. Dear reader…I recommend you go to one of those…any of them…rather than giving this place your money.

Love Jimmy John's! Really good sandwiches kept simple, and the service at Nicholasville road is fantastic! Was a little warm in there for my taste but other than that outstanding!👍

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. By far the worst experience I have ever had at a jimmy johns. They have a sign at the register advertising free chips and drink when you make it a combo, we had 4 combos, I was charged for chips and drinks without knowing and not handed a receipt. When I questioned this after paying , I was told “if you would have asked for it”. All 3 employees were extremely rude.Two female employees cursing loudly in front of my children while we sat in the lobby trying to eat , the other male employee laying down in a booth. Will not ever return to this location.

Female worker that made my sandwich was nasty.She put my sandwich on a countertop and was sliding it on a dirty countertop instead of putting it on a paper first..I was so mad.SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!

My favorite order is the #12, The Beach Club. I’ve visited many Jimmy John’s across the country, but they make it perfectly here! I appreciate the quick service for a delicious sub.

Drove all the way to Jimmy John’s. Google says they’re open till 10. Got there at 8:35 and they were closed. Not sure who the franchise owner is, but I would be concerned with employees closing early. Will not go back going to Subway who stays open when they say.
Oh and watch there will be a generic response to this review. Nothing will be done about it!
