If I could give this location 0 stars I would. By far the worst experience I have ever had at a jimmy johns. They have a sign at the register advertising free chips and drink when you make it a combo, we had 4 combos, I was charged for chips and drinks without knowing and not handed a receipt. When I questioned this after paying , I was told “if you would have asked for it”. All 3 employees were extremely rude.Two female employees cursing loudly in front of my children while we sat in the lobby trying to eat , the other male employee laying down in a booth. Will not ever return to this location.

Female worker that made my sandwich was nasty.She put my sandwich on a countertop and was sliding it on a dirty countertop instead of putting it on a paper first..I was so mad.SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!

The workers acted like they hated us as soon as we walked in, my order was wrong and after she remade it she slammed my wrap on the counter and said “here you go” complete joke. If you guys can’t find different workers you need to shut down.

Went and ordered a meal and the young lady at the front was just rude and kept snatching from me and messed my order up on top of a guy walking around the lobby in a blanket and the employees just letting it happen

My favorite order is the #12, The Beach Club. I’ve visited many Jimmy John’s across the country, but they make it perfectly here! I appreciate the quick service for a delicious sub.
I’m looking forward to ordering catering for my workplace when the opportunity arises.
Parking: Plenty of spots in front of the building, and even more in the back.

Drove all the way to Jimmy John’s. Google says they’re open till 10. Got there at 8:35 and they were closed. Not sure who the franchise owner is, but I would be concerned with employees closing early. Will not go back going to Subway who stays open when they say.
Oh and watch there will be a generic response to this review. Nothing will be done about it!

Horrible customer service. Felt like my presence as a customer was un welcome.
Employees seemed to hate being at their jobs. Two of them. Anita took my order and you would have thought she knew me and hated me from somewhere else lol.
I was feeling like "not welcome" Spend $15 for wrap sandwich, large drink and chips but I should have go to subway because there was nothing to eat

Ordered delivery and within 10 mins, my order was already here. The delivery guy was extremely nice and my order was exactly right. They’re not kidding when they say freaky fast!
