Having worked at jj before I just can't this place too much credit. The service was terrible (took several minutes for people to register I had walked in as they were on their phones). There were multiple orders pending, again not done because they were on their phones. This places smells like they aren't keeping up with the cleaning. Food is par for jj. Really disapointed.

I order from here all the time. Today was the first and only time they messed p my order, and it was genuine mistake. I called to let them know, which i typically don't and they immediately credited my account for another meal since they were closing soon. I love this store, they're always so nice and I wish i asked the name of the driver and guy on the phone because I wanna compliment them personally.Hope they see this! :)

This place takes the cake for worst jimmy johns, wait over half n hour for a delivery thats literally less than 5mins away, then the sandwich is completely wrong and the replacement takes an hour, you gotta be kidding me, lesson learned, NEVER ORDER JIMMY

By far the worst jimmy johns ever!!! The management is a joke. They can’t make one sandwich correctly to save their life. I called the store yesterday because they messed my order up a bunch. The manager said that they are busy and they will credit me back. So I call the next day to get my same exact order. They messed it up again. Instead of a coke I got a warm unsweetened tea. This is about the 5th time I’ve ordered from them in the two years I’ve lived in Lexington. They have messed up my order EVERY SINGLE TIME! This store is an absolute joke and disgrace to jimmy johns. I will never order from a jimmy johns in Lexington again. I’m going to firehouse subs. At least they care about a good product. Shame on the one on Nicholasville rd and Waller Ave. worst I’ve ever seen.

I haven't ordered from Jimmy John's for 6 years ever since one of their drivers totaled my car (he was on the clock too) but I thought I would give them a chance since the new caprese salami sandwich sounded really good. I ordered it as an unwich because I can't have bread. I also ordered extra balsamic and extra onions, in addition to light oil and light mayo. What did I get? No mozzarella, no balsamic, barely 3 slices of tomato, no oil, no basil/oregano, some mayo, some salami, and a small amount of onions. Suffice it to say, I was very disappointed. It just wasn't good because it was missing most of the ingredients. On the flip side, I ordered a sandwich for my husband with one add-on and light mayo. His was correct! Why was mine so messed up? Honestly, this experience was so bad that I don't think I'll order again for 6 more years. Do better, Jimmy John's.
Ordered some food for me and 2 other co workers cause the rest of our staff is off. They forgot the chips and drinks the first time, so I sent someone back a second to get those. Took a bite of my sandwich it had MAYBE one slice of meat on it the rest was mayonnaise and mustard. Went back a THIRD time and the woman who handed me my sandwich tried to hand me someone else’s order at first, then was rude hanging me my actual sandwich. Which by the way they got wrong again so I have to send someone a 4th time to get the refund because they still won’t make it correctly.This is by far the worst Jimmy John’s in Lexington. The staff is always rude and half the time they get the order wrong.

The old lady working there couldn’t remember order I made it was #1 and #14. I suppose that was too complicated for her but then again it is fast food nobody ever said people that work in fast food have a high IQ

Every time we order the delivery drivers are either really aggressive and complain about tips and the delivery driver labeled our order as delivered and it was not there. The woman on the phone was extremely true rude and said they went back to the store to get another order and then hung the phone up. This is the third time in a row we have had a horrible experience ordering food from jimmy johns. A place my family enjoys eating from but it is becoming increasingly more stressful to just order food from hereEdit: this is also the third time we have waited over a hour for our food, unacceptable!One hour and fifteen minute update: had to turn around to get another order. Never again.

Terrible customer service. I go to this location because it’s close to my house and never had an issue till I downloaded the app and attempted to buy a sandwich, I forgot to put no tomatoes on my sandwich as I can’t have them and rushed to the store after placing my order to hopefully stop them before they making the sandwich, they had made my sandwich and then wouldn’t make another sandwich to fit my dietary needs and told me if I wanted a sandwich I had to buy another one and I ended up tossing the 1st sandwich in the trash. The girl was rude and disrespectful during the whole interaction and all I asked for was a replacement to have my dinner.
