What a rip off! One slice of meat on each sub! $15.00 for that! I have eaten at other Jimmy John’s and never experienced that! I even called to speak with a manager, no apologies or customer service to make it right. I will not be back. What goes around comes around.

I e always been a fan of jimmy John’s food. But after this experience not so sure if I feel comfortable returning, after a long day at the zoo my family and I stop for dinner there and when we get home and start to eat come to find two strands of hair in our food l. Which I can assure wasn’t from myself, very disappointing, and will have to reconsider eat there again.

this is probably the first time ive gone to this specific jimmy johns and the worker that made my sandwich was super sweet. he went out of his way to make things easier for me because i was carrying my niece and he complimented my hand tats so that was also very nice of him. 10/10

For $10 it wasn't bad. It filled me up. The service was like nobody wanted to be there. I love Jimmy John's just mediocre experience. Also, The Beach club I thought was supposed to have guacamole or avocado or something on there and it wasn't on there. It tasted more like a BLT instead of a beach club. No big deal

I ordered food at 8:30 online. At 9:50, after not receiving the food, I called the Palomar Shop. They delivered to the wrong address. I was charged over $31.00 and have no food. The shop said they couldnt do anything about it because they were closing. I get no refund. I get no food. I was asked to call the GM between 11:00 and 3:00 PM tomorrow.
Friendly service. Well-stuffed sub sandwiches plus "healthier" options (salads) for those not indulgent. Ordering procedure is efficient. Four stars because I wish there were a way to heat the sandwiches like at Subway or Penn Station. If there is, they didn't offer the option.

The woman working the cash register gets the star. The other woman is why I'm writing the review. I just wanted loaves of bread. The woman on the register was happy to oblige. The other woman was very upset by this, saying they didn't have enough to spare (several trays on the rack). I didn't know it was possible to rage-roll bread in paper, but she did just that, followed by throwing/slamming each one onto the counter angrily. With clenched teeth she told the register woman to put them in a bag and not to sell anymore loaves. I felt bad for the nice woman and quietly wished her good luck with the rest of her day, to be interpreted however she saw fit (it was snowing like crazy and I figured it would be a slow day). That also triggered the other woman as she demanded to know what I said. ? I won't be going back to this location.

JJ's is always fast and delicious - very consistent service even though they were having staffing issues like a majority of businesses these days. A+
