The food is good at this location and the service is fast. However, when I visited this store recently, I walked in on an employee having a disagreement with her boyfriend. This continued for several minutes. The language was foul and somewhat disturbing. I felt sorry for the other employees. I'll avoid this location in the future.

I got the Cubano sandwich & it was really nice. I don't even like cold sandwiches but this one was actually nice & made right. I'd recommend this Jimmy John's to anyone.

Yesterday I went to jimmy johns and when I walked in and walked up to the front where they take your order there was a middle age guy that was under the influence you could smell the alcohol on his breath & there was twisted tea cans right on top of the trash they were being very rude and unprofessional and making me hurry up and do my Oder when I didn’t know what I wanted yet

Placed order online while in neighborhood near location. Arrived at store about 5 minutes later to no one working behind counter, and delivery driver sitting in back of store. I sat down near front register to wait for an employee to appear and continued waiting. Then another person comes in with a small child, and seems to be yelling employee names, and still no employees come to counter. This person then goes to back and yells employee names again, gets herself a drink cup and fills up and leaves, while delivery driver is now making his way toward front area and asks me if Ive been helped, I said NO, placed order online and here to pick it up. Gave him my name and he is looking and found my online order was never pulled from printout to make it, and now 3 other young employees roam in from wherever they were all at, and delivery driver then handed my order printout to young guy who acted like he had no clue, then young girl asks me if Ive been helped yet, and I pointed out my order that had been placed online was never even started, and that was just what had been handed to her coworker. She thought my frustration with all this was funny and laughed. I then asked for a manager, and another young girl says she is the manager. I told her of my frustrations that my order hadnt even been started, and no one working front area of store to assist customers, and told her of the other female employee laughing about my frustrations of order never being pulled to make, and this “so-called” manager who wasnt around during the first interaction wanted to get smart and say the other girl did not laugh. I told this manager how would she know, she wasnt even up at the counter at that point, and she said THATS BECAUSE SHE WAS DOING MANAGER THINGS. That response alone tells you that you need to hire people with adult minds to be a manager. I asked for my card to be refunded and this child-like manager continued to have attitude and never apologize for yet another poor experience with this location. I understand companies have to hire anything that walks in these days, and its clear that is what this store has done. CLOSE THIS LOCATION FOR GOOD!

They got rid of the main thing I liked about jimmy John's. The kickin ranch. The new ranch is trash and it only tastes like peppers, no other flavor, just cheap peppers. Waste of money buying anything from there now. Now I have to make my own kickin ranch because of corporate greed.

Online ordered the gargantuan with no mayo and turkey tom with no tomato. We got 2 turkey toms with mayo and mustard even though it didnt say it came with mustard.

Wow. I thought all Jimmy Johns are the same quality. Also workers to workers are the same. It is a simple instruction, make a simple sandwich.I went to this restaurant today asked for a Tuna on 2 pieces of bread with lettuce and tomato. I make it at home frequently.The setup in this place different, unlike other branches, the stuff here was facing away from me and i could not see what he was doing. He wrapped it put it in a bag and i paid and went home.At home took out the sandwich and started eating. I noticed it did not taste right. Put it down opened it and it had lettuce, tomato with bread. No Tuna. Wow either this person was on phone or something. I don't want to believe that they are increasing profit by not putting cheap tuna in there. I want to believe the person was not focusing.I also dont like that they dont let you see how to make the sandwiches.

After having my past to carry out orders prepared incorrectly today, Alexa made my food exactly the way I wanted it previously I asked for extra tuna. There wasn’t even a normal amount of tuna on there. She did a fantastic job and was very very nice. That’s why I gave her a writing because she did exactly what everyone should do. They should look up to her and prepare food the way she does. I was extremely pleased with my purchase when I got home. Thank you Alexa.

How to advertise without advertising. I happened to be on foot today looking for lunch. The pizza place next door was open and empty. The JJ’s had a line of cars across the lot and three at the counter. Easy choice. I had a Jalepeño summer wrap and it was huge and delicious.
