Wow. I thought all Jimmy Johns are the same quality. Also workers to workers are the same. It is a simple instruction, make a simple sandwich.I went to this restaurant today asked for a Tuna on 2 pieces of bread with lettuce and tomato. I make it at home frequently.The setup in this place different, unlike other branches, the stuff here was facing away from me and i could not see what he was doing. He wrapped it put it in a bag and i paid and went home.At home took out the sandwich and started eating. I noticed it did not taste right. Put it down opened it and it had lettuce, tomato with bread. No Tuna. Wow either this person was on phone or something. I don't want to believe that they are increasing profit by not putting cheap tuna in there. I want to believe the person was not focusing.I also dont like that they dont let you see how to make the sandwiches.

After having my past to carry out orders prepared incorrectly today, Alexa made my food exactly the way I wanted it previously I asked for extra tuna. There wasn’t even a normal amount of tuna on there. She did a fantastic job and was very very nice. That’s why I gave her a writing because she did exactly what everyone should do. They should look up to her and prepare food the way she does. I was extremely pleased with my purchase when I got home. Thank you Alexa.

How to advertise without advertising. I happened to be on foot today looking for lunch. The pizza place next door was open and empty. The JJ’s had a line of cars across the lot and three at the counter. Easy choice. I had a Jalepeño summer wrap and it was huge and delicious.

I had order the #5 and had it delivered to my job. When it arrived it had mayo all over it, which I did not ask for & the menu clearly stated it did not come with mayo. They gave me a credit for my order because they wouldn't bring me a new one. So a couple days later I called and ordered the same thing for delivery, once again when they brought it it was covered in mayo. When I called back, the person that answered the phone got the biggest attitude and told me "Next time you need to say no mayo" then he hung up the phone on me. I dont understand why I would need to say no mayo when even the menu board for the drive thru says "Does not come with mayo". The way they handle their mess up, was completely unacceptable and very rude. This is the only location that I've had this problem at and honestly will never go to this location again. The workers there need to be trained on how to make the sandwiches right and also how to treat customers.

I don't know what's up with the low reviews. Ordering my custom sandwich (turkey avocado special with spicy peppers) was easy and DELICIOUS. I forgot how much a love Jimmy John's. It hit the spot and was really filling. They have great veggie options. I will say I don't enjoy the catering boxes as much because it lacks the veggies that I love. But they're a solid choice and the bread is fantastic! Pro tip: join their rewards program, you get great deals
placed an online order, was told my order would be ready by 5:36. got there was told it wasn't ready so went to set. They had one girl working in the back and 3 up front. girl in the back was the only one placing online orders. waited over 30 min for a pickup order

Placed an order for delivery at 6:32 and it said it was out for delivery at 6:50. Took 40 minutes or so to get to me on Palumbo Dr which is less than a mile away, and when it got here half my order was missing. Definitely the worst experience ive had at this location.

This location continues to be my go-to. Best service. Best sandwich and amazing pickles. I mainly order for delivery. My whole job does! Crispy and cold drinks. They're my lifesaver on an exceptionally busy day at work. Fast, accurate and reliable.

Love Jimmy John's sandwiches! Only an okay franchise. Bread was a bit overcooked as the bottom was hard. I always tell them "no cheese" but they never listen. At least I wasn't charged for it!!
