Rude staff

The food was really good, the atmosphere is cool, but our waitress AJ was very rude to us. She continually ignored us and when we asked for anything, we had to ask her multiple times. She messed up our order and made us pay for the food she put in that we did not order.

Looooong waiting times, currently waiting more than hour and still nothing. Average wait time to see your server 15 minutes. Really disappointed.

Drove 90 minutes to stop at this highly rated “Kentucky Staple.” What a joke … understaffed, place was empty and they were unwilling to seat our party of 7. Garbage experience … if you can’t serve willing customers, don’t open the doors.

The restaurant is ok, food is ok, service is pretty good, but the parking is a nighmare. The lot is very small so much so there is a parking lot attendant that ensures parking is only for the restaurant. Parking spaces are very tight...difficult to squeeze out of your car without banging the car next to yours. However, it seems to be popular with the locals because it is always full.

Nice atmosphere and very friendly staff worked very hard to provide us with whatever we needed. Even working with our dietary restrictions. I was a little disappointed with the lasagna, for 20 bucks a plate I was expecting some more magnificent than what I got. I should have gotten the pizza.

This place is terrible, there were bugs in my pizza. My friend order bread and we thought it was seasonings and it was actually magnets. I ended up getting terrible food poisoning. Do not go to this restaurant please just go to papa John’s. This was not worth the money.

I hear people say this is the go to place in Lexington for pizza, but I don't get it. I've given this place two chances and neither were good. This past weekend it took us 20 minutes for our server to greet us. We had to get our own drinks and silverware - same for all of the tables around us. I still tipped 20% but she didn't deserve a dime. I would go elsewhere.

I have been meaning to come here for a while. The restaurant is very unique and the atmosphere is great. Our server was alright, but to be fair they were busting busy. We enjoyed our Hawaiian pizza, a bit runny but still delicious. Our daughter thought her Margherita pizza was very good. The Cannoli’s are delicious! We will definitely come back.

The time I waited for my drinks and food, I could’ve watched the first Avatar and started the second. The food was good but the wait and lack of service would really test ones patience.
