Great little casual fried chicken spot. Everyone on the team was warm and courteous. The fried chicken sandwich was excellent as well. Deep flavor. Definitely worth a visit.

Such a great experience at Joella’s! Right as I walked in, it felt like I knew everyone working there as they were so kind & inviting. Food was absolutely delicious as well! Will definitely be coming back here!

I've been here many times as I'm a fan of hot chicken. The service and speed has always been good. However, this time, it was my first time ordering the "Fire-N-Da-Hole" spice level. The server was serious but humorous about how I needed to sign a waiver. I got my meal probably less than five minutes after ordering it with everything being fresh and hot.

Well, let me tell you: the spice-level waiver is well warranted. It's by far some of the hottest sauce I've had in a restaurant....and I love it. I've eaten a carolina reapers raw before and the experience here was fairly similar if not a bit different due to the different kind of concentration of oils and spice. Joella's has done well and perhaps I may get it again.

Phenomenal lunch experience. Staff member Melinda is an absolute joy and Joella’s is abundantly blessed to have such a wonderful staff member such as her. She made everyone feel welcomed and loved from the first step in the door.

The manager Wendy refused to offer the buy one get one free tenders . I wonder if she was honesty the manager with such unprofessional attitude and did realize the simple task of adding 5 tenders . Did she know how damaging it would be for me to share my experience and vs 5 tenders While my driver was present she refused to add 5 chicken tenders ?And when asked her about this , she states I ordered it wrong. I have been noticing this particular restaurant for a year , this was my first experience with this restaurant . Plus the tenders were way too hot on the lowest choice . Ironically, they did put a little sliced pickle, just one . Did they run out . Can’t recommend this establishment at this moment due to our management and false advertising

As we walked into Joella's we were greeted by Melinda saying welcome and "we love ya", made me smile. Our orders were taken with a smile, brought to our table with a smile and were exactly as we ordered them which made me smile. The mac and cheese is delicious (usually get Kale salad but too cold today) as was the sandwich. One member of our party always get the vegan meal and says it's a favorite. There was another employee that checked in us during our meal and wore a smile as well. Thanks for great food and service.
