Great people and the best home cooked food in lex.

I wanted to try a Black owned resturant and have seen this place a few times and decided to place an order for the pork chops. I got my son chicken tenders. Everything was good! It tasted homemade and was fresh. My son even snatched my cornbread and mac and cheese up! Love this place.

Catering is basically delivery. No plates, no serving utensils, also they left off our gravy and dipping sauce. No condiments provided at all.

Wonderful! These days, you can't find good customer service at fast food , but this place here, the service was the best, the young lady made us feel welcomed as soon as we walked thru the door! The entire staff was on point! The place smelled like nothing but southern soul, clean. And "home feeling." Awesome experience!

I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while and ordered off of DoorDash and let me tell you this food is incredible. The sweet potatoes taste like a holiday meal, the cabbage is so flavorful, the mac and cheese is pure comfort food, and the chicken was juicy and flavorful. 10/10 will be ordering again, and telling family and friends about how awesome this place is.

I just had some of their smothered porkchops, greens, and mashed potatoes. Oh my! I received two huge and thick and lightly breaded porkchops smothered in a delicious gravy. The fresh greens were delicious and cooked to perfection. I WILL be going back!!!

Josanne’s catered our wedding on 9/21/24 and it was incredible!! We had fried chicken, mashed potatoes, and broccoli casserole. It arrived fresh, warm, and on time. I am still getting compliments on the food. We also froze our leftovers and it reheats so well. They went above and beyond and took a trip to the venue a few days before our event to make sure they knew where they were going so I wouldn’t have to worry. They were communicative and kind. I cannot recommend them enough!
