Phenomenal experience @ Josie's on a Sunday morning when the place was packed. Went solo and was able to sit at the bar (eliminating about a 45 minute wait) and ordered the biscuits and gravy with a side of the cheese grits casserole. Service was terrific, food was hot and very tasty with a price point that wasn't overpriced. Strongly recommend Josie's and as an out of towner will visit again next time in Lexington, should have found this place sooner.....

We had breakfast here on our way out of town, the wait wasn’t too bad and the waitstaff did an amazing job helping everyone. The food is delicious and the coffee was excellent! Highly recommend.

The food was so good I forgot to take a photo! Eggs Benedict Florentine is excellent. Fresh fruit was delicious. My son says their grits are the best he's had. Service is top notch. Go early; this place is so good there is almost always a line.
We had a great experience at Josie's! There was a slight wait for breakfast but they had complimentary coffee and a heater outside. Our waitress, C.C. was SO NICE! She is a great waitress. Our food was amazing!

Josie’s lives up to its reputation for an excellent breakfast spot. Their biscuits and gravy are not to be missed (albeit best eaten in house as it loses something when it travels). Servers are friendly welcoming and prompt (awesome coffee too), making a trip to Josie’s a wonderful experience!

The food was delicious and portions were good. Only 4 stars because it was a bit pricey for breakfast food. $10+ for 2 pancakes…albeit delicious pancakes…no sides. Almost $20 if you want a full breakfast meal….again, very yummy nonetheless.
