I got the five dollar bowl, and it had so much corn that I had to pick most of it out. It was very messy!!!! I got the same chicken bowl out, Tates Creek KFC, and it was beautiful!

Usually this location is good about their quality of food…but how do you think this is acceptable?? I ordered a pot pie and they gave me this. If it was going to take a while for the pot pie to cook, you could’ve said that and gave me an option to sub if I didn’t want to wait. Don’t just throw whatever in my bag.

I did a mobile order on the app. When my husband picked up the order, they only gave us 1 pot pie instead of 2 that I paid for. I took my chicken box to work for lunch the next day and both pieces of chicken had red bloody looking meat inside. I am still nauseated. The one pot pie that we did get had a big piece of cartridge in it that I bit into.

I went through the drive through a asked for a liver Box and gravy. I ordered other foods as well. But I should have looked in my box before leaving. I was charged $2.99 for a small side of gravy my liver are over cooked an very hard. I can’t eat this mess after seeing my food I’m not even hungry anymore I’m more pissed then anything!!

The chicken tenders taste like rubber. I asked for kfc and honey bbq sauce but when I got home, I had two comeback sauce. If you don't want to make the order right, don't work there. Its not convenient to do online ordering if I have to go inside to pick up the order.

A couple of things. I walked to the single stall women's restroom first and immediately smelled cigarillo guts, which I confirmed just glancing over at the trash can, so you know someone was rolling up in the women's bathroom. As we waited for our food, we saw an older woman try to use the restroom while a male employee with shorter dreads was in there, not cleaning, and had her wait to use it. The lady and her friend both seemed to comment on the skunky odor in the restroom as well.
On top of that, we waited around 40 minutes for our food to come out just for it to be cold. The Famous Bowl had about 4 chicken nuggets in it and the mash potatoes were cold.
Several male employees were in and out of the dining area and kitchen, without washing hands and leaving a mess on the table for another female employee to clean up. They were in and out of the bathrooms as well.
We even went to the store across the lot and came back and some of the same employees were out back where we smelled the same skunky odor.
Idc if people smoke but don't do that at work and then hog the women's bathroom, stinking it up and making an older lady wait to use it.
Overall I give this experience 33 shake bags of schmeed out of 100 family buckets of chicken. SUBPAR MID. ??

Visiting our favorite restaurant, we have been disappointed on our last visits using the drive-thru!
We purchase an 18 piece meal ($50 plus) every Wednesday to take to our church potluck through the drive-in. The chicken had to be returned last week because it was too hard and too dry to eat!
In addition, we purchase chicken pot pies weekly and lately there has not been any chicken in them!
