We had not been to KFC in years. We were running errands and stopped in for lunch. The young lady was a little preoccupied with her phone, she did wait on us once she was done (rude). Our order was correct n the good very good. Worth the money for the lunch we had! Clean place.

Usually this place is my go to besides this last time the kid working the counter did not wait on us until he was done with his text on his phone and he made sure his phone was all good I know his name was not Dan but that's what the recipe said so Dan just so you know that was so

awful experience, and just so i can make it aware, it was today (01/25 @ 7:50 pm) where this man in the drive through was rude and unprofessional. don’t know what bus stop y’all found him at but take him BACK. he’s clearly not even customer service enough to give me chicken. and my chicken was cold, my order was wrong, and even the manager on duty was air-headed. hopefully corporate does a whole staff change because that was atrocious. never going back. would give zero stars if i could.

I ate here for the first time 4 or more years ago and I didn't like it, they gave me dry and tough chicken just like the parents. I gave myself another chance this time, and the service was bad, bad attitude, bad face, I asked for more sauces and they didn't want to give me any. They said there was a maximum of 2 per customer, we told them that they would charge me for it and they reluctantly gave me 1 more sauce with a bad face and turned around. The employees who were there foster an uncomfortable atmosphere with customers, which makes them want to run away from there. This time my chicken was half raw inside. the stale bread. I don't plan to return.

Drive through old woman asked me twice what sauce I wanted for my nuggets. I get back to work and no sauce. And only 11 of the twelve nuggets I paid for. I called and she actually answered the call, when I explained the problem she called me an idiot and hung up. Terrible people working there and they can’t count. I’m at Lexmark next door and we won’t be back. Period
Ordered an 8pc meal for pickup. Got home and only had 5 pieces. When I called to let them know, they wanted me to bring my entire meal back in to replace it. I didn’t want anything replaced I wanted 8 pieces of chicken so my family of 4 could have 2 pieces each. I had already served my children their plates so why would I scoop it all back up to take back into the restaurant? Food was great but I definitely recommend making sure you have everything before leaving the store. Kinda upset with how they handled things

Ordered through GrubHub and it was a huge mistake! I ordered a Chicken Sandwich with no pickles due to a food allergies, but arrived covered in pickles and was in edible. I ordered a wings which I was charged for, but did not arrive with the order. And lastly, if that weren't enough, I ordered the Fill Up Box and when it was opened the 4 pieces of chicken included were not in the box! So my whole dinner was sides!Talk about lazy, unprofessional, and a total disappointment! Never again!
