I was out of state and staying the night at a hotel. My chicken didn't taste good. My husband said it was the worst kfc he's ever had. He said the grease tasted burnt. I threw up about 30 minutes later.

I ordered the wing (honey bbq,) & wedge combo, along with a spicy chicken sandwich. First of all. I received hot and spicy wings, not the honey bbq and my sandwich was cold. Secondly, I sat in the drive thru forever with noone else in line. Finally I said something and the girl working the drive thru finally answered and told me to hold on... I then order, get to the window to pay, while waiting the girl was talking to other co-workers loudly about her starting her period.. Gross... I decide not to return my food because I feel like these workers would probably spit in it.. I tried some of it and then decided to just toss it all bc it was horrible and lost my appetite. Hopefully I don't get food poisoning or anything else. Will not be back.

The food is great, I am rather biased, since I've grown up loving KFC Fried Chicken. The atmosphere was good enough, nothing special, typical for fast food restaurants.
This day, they were horribly short staffed, no one managed the drive thru. However, those there were managing to stay calm and keep up with the orders.
I ordered the Combo 3 pieces of original chicken. I paid. The cashier forgot to give me a cup for my drink and attended the next customer. When she brings me the meal she brings a tiny wing and 2 pieces of extra crispy chicken. I patiently waited maybe 3 to 5 minutes so she came back and I told her I wanted original. She asked a co-worker, he told her it will take 25 minutes to wait for the original. Is he kidding??????. 25 minutes to make original chicken that they have done in the past for me in about 10 minutes, at the same pressure cooker, at this same place? I said please return my money. She went to the back, took about 3 minutes, maybe to find the key of the cash register, and gave me cash. This is the KFC close to Nicholashville road and I think Pasadena. What kind of service is this??????? If she does not have original recipe she just needs to say it, and she does not make me lose my time. By not saying anything and expecting me to accept the extra crispy that I did not order is just wrong. I waited probably 20 min at this restaurant to have to leave hungry. Nobody should be forced to eat what was not ordered. It will be a very long time if I decide to ever come back to this specific KFC location. Sorry, KFC your employees are destroying your business. Where is the manager?????? No manager ????
