They always, always get our order wrong and tonight was no different! Found out when I brought it home that ny husband got a 2 piece meal instead of 2 thighs. Who even knew they had a 1 piece meal?!!! I watched the worker pick up the biscuits without gloves. Yuck! That made me lose my appetite so I gave my husband my chicken

Wouldn't have even gave 1 star but u have to chose one so I had to choose something. Food was disgusting! Chicken was dry, fries were old, hard and way over cooked. Employees were rude as hell and from the looks of the restaurant and taste of food, they're also lazy! Due to past experiences with this location, I knew to ask for my food to be made fresh and they refused to drop fresh fries and chicken for me. It doesn't help to call customer service bc they never do anything about it. After tonight, we will NEVER go back to this particular KFC. PATHETIC!!!!! smdh

Stopped in to grab some late night food at this place that says they’re open until 10:00. I got there at 9:30 and wait in the drive-through for several minutes and no one answered so I pulled around to check the door and it’s locked with a sign right on the door saying they’re open till 10:00 and I see several workers inside walking around doing nothing, one even had a headset on, so I knock on the door and they motion to me that they’re closed so if you were thinking about stopping at this place then drive on down the road a little farther to the one on Tates Creek where they were amazing and don’t waste your time because this place it’s a joke!

My husband went in to pickup our order, was told there was no order, he showed them the email of the order they said well it wasn’t there, it took 15 more minutes for them to fight it was sitting right there, the food was cold, the biscuit was smashed, and there was no apology. Will never go back there.

RUDEST, most apathetic staff I've ever encountered at a restaurant, or any business for that matter. Ordered a 2 piece meal to go... supposed to come with mashed potatoes and a biscuit. I ordered inside and checked the food before leaving and there was no biscuit. I told the woman up front, so said bluntly, "we're out of biscuits" and then just stared at my blankly for a moment before turning around to do something else. I replied, "this is supposed to come with a biscuit - shouldn't you tell me if you're out?" She ignored me and walked away. I stood there while the manager and the rest of the staff casually stared and continued working. Noticing the full tray of biscuits in the warming tray right behind the counter, I said to the rude woman as she circled back around, "aren't those biscuits there?" She looked at me blankly again, then grabbed the tongs, took out a biscuit, and threw it into the open box in front of me. Again, no words, no apology, and the rest of the staff just ignored the whole situation while I stared in disbelief. This store has messed up multiple orders for me in recent weeks. Once, I ordered 12 pieces of chicken and they only gave me 8...called and returned to the restaurant and the manager acted like I was trying to lie to get free food...another day recently they gave me a bucket of the oldest, soggiest, nastiest chicken I had ever seen. This place clearly has terrible management and workers who hate their jobs and have no respect for customers. Will be writing the franchisee and will NOT be back to this location. What a joke.
