We ordered a Diet Pepsi and got a lemonade with no ice. The food was cold and stale even though we went just after they opened. Paid for extra sauce but didn’t get any. Chicken was so tough we couldn’t chew it up. Overall it was very bad.

Georgett or whatever the older ladies name was yelled at my wife for opening a door that lead into the lobby because it was broken even tho they didn't have a sign saying the door was broken then she had the nerve to call her a little boy. She had a horrible attitude and I'll never be going back to this location ever again.

Kfc need they butt whoop how last year you was selling 8pc hotwing for 4.99 now they selling 5pc for 7.19 and the wing ain't the same the wing look like 5 dollar save a lot Wing I was very disappointed in this never will but them wings again and they was spicy like last year was

I only went through drive through. I bought chicken tenders because it looked good on the screen. What I got was not what not pictured on the wall. Very disapointing. Also, I did not receive any fork with napkin pack.

Kid-friendliness: My kids love coming here they have a bunch of generational trinkets in their museum a full size antique kitchen and other antique demos.
This is the chicken I was served today. Held way past the hold time as you can clearly see. It was dried up and disgusting. I would be ashamed as a SERVSAFE manager to sell that type of food.

Ordered Takeout. Get there and food hasnt been started. They havent even checked the screen. Then they think this is a doordash order or something and I can hear them saying they dont have the stuff to make this order and weren't going to have it till the next Friday. Wait 15 minutes and then they finally make the order. I ask about the food they said they couldnt make and they said they had to find the stuff, like I just didnt hear them have a whole convo about not having it and then standing together trying to figure out what to do. Half the food was cold or wrong. Would give 0 stars if possible. No online deal is worth dealing with this place.
Stood at the counter for 8 minutes before I was addressed and then I ordered a 3 pc tender with an added a small side of mashed potatoes and was charged almost $15, they charged me for a large but only gave me a small so check receipts and order before leaving.

To start the floors are filthy. I did an online order which they didn’t even start until I got there. The worker in the front kept saying these online orders are gonna have to wait. (While she just sat there doing nothing) customer service is horrible. Had to wait for 30 minutes. They do not care what so ever about the online orders

Tried to get a two piece breast meal. Was told none of their combos had a breast except the 4 PC meal. A $1.75 per PC upcharge.Funny that the online menu shows 2 PC with one breast. The place was empty at noon on Tuesday. I went to the Lee's behind them. They were happy to accommodate me. I've have paid more at KFC except for the "take it or leave it " attitude of the Mgr.

Richmond Rd is the worst kfc in Lexington. Everytime I go there they can't do something. I went to Tates creek kfc yesterday and got the 2 pc meal and asked for 2 legs instead of the thigh and they did it for me. I was told at the Richmond Rd store that they can't exchange a leg for the thigh. They are lazy and the food is always old
