I've given this place two chances now and they've screwed my order up both times and had to go back from home to get items that were either rock hard biscuits or no biscuits. Why can't you people get it together? As expensive as you are, you would think you were capable if reading a screen and filling the bag with the correct t items!

Came here because of the Saucy Nuggets deal I saw advertised on TV. Food was really good and a great price as well.If you haven't been to KFC in a while you should give them a second look. Great vibes ?

They acted pissed off that I was even there. Forget all 4 sauces for the meal for my family. Not one please, not one thank you, no respect. I felt like an annoyance when I was extremely kind and smiling. I won’t be returning.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. RUDE STAFF.Ordered st drive thru, lady that took my order was very rude. At window to pay, and other than verifying my drink, they didn't say anything else to me, they were to worried about the conversation going on between them. I had to interrupt their conversation twice before I got my receipt.Won't go back.

Prices have gotten ridiculous, and they are skimping super hard on portions. There were 3 tiny pieces of chicken in my famous bowl. I doubt I will be back due to the extreme greed of this

I have been to the Lexington, KY Richmond Road location four times in the last three weeks. Every time I go, they either have no pot pies, no chicken littles, no wraps, no nuggets. Etc. I could understand not having some items sometimes, but this is every time! There’s always some excuse. This is ridiculous. Are you even open for business?! I have been taking my business and money to Popeyes.

I ordered 2 meals. The woman stated it would be a 5 minute wait for fries and I said that's fine, then she got an attitude and was like or longer. I pull up to the window and they had me my food with no wait. I see why, I asked for double fries as my side and I may have gotten 11 fries, stale and old. The biscuits are hard as a rock. And my food is kind of warm. I live 3 minutes from there, my food should still be hot! Do not eat here. Food is awful and the service is worse.

Ordered two classic wraps no mayo and a fry. Asked for ranch when ordering . Never received the ranch,ketchup or napkins . Was asked to pull up because general managers were there n I was on a timer in the drive thru. She screamed at the guy what to make me and was flustered but I was literally the only person there . but the order was still wrong because he added cheese instead of mayo. Everytime I’m at this location something is wrong which is why I always choose someplace else to eat at on Richmond road . I did see a wrap commercial which made me want one but I’ll never go to this location again . Higher ups need to step in and properly train the employees . The man bringing out my food was really nice.

Terribly disappointing. I'm not sure what's happening with KFC nowadays. There is no quality at all anymore. Chicken legs look like they came from an anorexic bird and the taste is completely gone. I dare say Colonel Sanders would be devastated to know this is what has happened at all locations. Not just this 1.I gave two stars just because the cole slaw still tastes good.

Whoever the older woman was working the window on day shift today 1/11 around 1:30 and the woman with entirely too much eye makeup on that was packing food are literally, useless. I put in an order on the app and get there at the time it states to arrive. I sat at the front counter for at least 5 mins before anyone even came to the counter just to be told that they don’t have my order and I need to call “them.” Was told that if my name wasn’t there in the computer that there is nothing they can do and they can’t look up orders by order number. What is the point of an order number??? I asked repeatedly who I was supposed to call, could never get an answer even though that was the only solution offered. They were absolutely useless and expected me, the customer to figure all of this out on my own. I left your restaurant that I didn’t even want in the first place that my 5 year old begged for without the 30 dollars of food I had ordered. Found a number online on my own just to be told it will be about 3 days before I’m refunded. I was never even told sorry just “if we don’t have it we don’t bag it.” Again, useless.

Stopped by while shopping and ordered the wrap combo and was immediately scolded by the woman working drive thru for ordering 2 different types of wrap in one combo. I'm there to buy their poorly prepared unhealthy "food" not be lectured so will not return to this store and encourage everyone to choose any of the other fast food spots surrounding this dump.
