Whenever we go through this drive thru, we have to rethink our orders because they never have what you want ready to go. Can I get four chicken wings? Nope. Can I get two chicken breasts? Nope. So much for fast food chicken. Also be prepared for long waits and incorrect orders.

This restaurant an hour and fifteen minutes before close decided to start selling crispy chicken only, you can't make this up lol, how dumb can you be, you guys are famous for kentucky fried original recipe chicken, disgrace, stop being lazy, YOU SHOULD NEVER RUN OUT OF ORIGINAL RECIPE CHICKEN WHILE OPEN and ask customers to wait 30 min, cause you wanna go home early, won't be back ever

Don’t bother with the app. Your entire order will be wrong and/or missing. Food was cold, lemonade was straight water. Waste of time and money
I ordered a $20 double mash meal and got home and the food was completely unedible. The chicken was cold and stale and the sides were very poorly portioned. My wife called and requested a replacement meal and after driving back there a few days later, with receipt in hand, I was told her name was not “written in a book” and denied the replacement I was promised. Will never eat here nor recommend this place to anyone as long as I live 😡

Going weekly for a while and each time the staff is extremely friendly and very personal. It’s so nice to go somewhere and have drive thru speak to you instead of handing you your order. Even when they’ve had to bring the food out to us while waiting still greeted with friendly chat. Thanks KFC Tates Creek for being extra friendly…
