I don't understand why this store just doesn't get any better, they change the crew around but it seems to just get worse. Stand in line for nearly 10 minutes to not be acknowledged until I say something. The person sweeping saw me go in but yet continued to sweep to go to a corner. Another person just walked past me touching her head looking aggravated. Not one person asked if I needed something or if my order was taken. I haven't been here in a while and don't know what I expected when I stopped by this time. Smh

This was the worst, I got french fries, it was all covered in brown oil, the potatoes were frozen and looked like they had been in the oil for days, then they heated the oil and got it to me, it was horrible. I've had them in other KFCs and they were always good and they were my favorite fries of all the places I've tried, but this time it was just horrible. I thought I was going to throw up if I looked at it again, so I just threw it all in the trash.

They had a special. 7 pieces of drumsticks and thighs. They are always low on chicken, they asked if I would mind if the put a piece of white meat in. I said sure. I ended up with 4 scrawny wings, 1 drumstick and two thighs. As slow as they were they could have butchered the chicken and fried it by the time i got to the window. Then then tried to charge me for the order behind me.

Occasionally I think "Maybe KFC isn't as bad as I remember", and I'm always surprised to find it's actually worse. It's genuinely baffling that they stay in business, when there are so many fast food chains selling the exact same thing but better.

Love that they had music playing and the cleanliness of the place. They were playing bluegrass music and I loved it! Very friendly staff.
Ordered 2 3 piece meals. Opened them up both boxes chicken was extremely soggy. Called no manager in till 4, how are you running a store with a manager ? Lady on the phone said I saw her ring in crispy. Doesn't mean it's not soggy want crispy enough. Was not offered to have it remade. Was over to bring it back and get money. Will not come back to this location. I think you sure you have a manager in store when you open to handle customer issues correctly. And to check product Quality because both are lacking.

Went through the drive through.Everything was prepared as advertised, fast and hot. Didn't go inside, so I won't comment on the atmosphere, However, I will note that the people I interacted with were friendly.
