The famous bowls no longer have popcorn chicken, think it was day old chicken tenders cut up, very hard and stale like it was under a heat lamp for 24 hours. There's a reason why the drive-thru line is always empty and all the recent reviews are mostly one star.

The restaurant was open with people inside, it was 7:30pm. and they didn't want to serve me, only outside service, I explained to a young man with long blonde hair that I drive a Van with a very high roof and that's why I was ordering inside, taking into account my explanation and that I was already inside, he told me that I could walk to place the order, if he was already there he could have taken the order, if they don't supposedly want to serve inside, why was the door open, these people must understand that if they earn a salary it is for our consumption. The owner of this restaurant needs to talk to his staff, it is terrible treatment and this makes me not recommend this place, also taking into account that the service even at the counter was not good.

Food from here is absolute HORRIBLE, food here is very cold, one time they gave me a uncooked piece of chicken, The service was pretty bad, whenever you order, they always ask you to park your car and you'd wait 10-15 minutes. The best thing here was the Pepsi, I asked for ice but no ice. This restaurant is a disgrace to colonel sanders. I do NOT prefer this restaurant, go to the McDonald's next to it or go to Wendy's. Wish I could give it 0 stars. Once again I do NOT prefer

Ordered 8 piece, Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, 4 biscuits, and a personal size coleslaw. They gave us 2 s mashed potatoes, but we didn't get the Mac n Cheese and biscuits. The coleslaw has no dressing, just shredded cabbage and carrots. The chicken was cold. Never returning.

KFC Plaudit Place in Lexington Kentucky is TERRIBLE!!!!! I got an 8 PC. Dinner. Instead of 4 biscuits I got 3 and a personal size mashed potato in the box. The chicken pieces were terrible. 1 breast, and 4 thighs and 3 legs. Plus the chicken wasn't even breaded all the way. Not to mention it was supposed to be ½ crispy ½ original. I got 1 crispy. These last 2 visits have been CRAP!!!!! The last time I came they said they were out of chicken..... At 8³⁰ at night. They need to fire the whole staff and start over, because mediocrity seems to be a consistent thing there..... NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Folks, here I am again writing a review.First off this location for KFC is consistent for “Yesterday’s Food ? ? at tomorrow’s Prices ?. And apparently the chicken had a fight wit a rat ?, or a Human hairstyle because there were two long hairs cooked into the original recipe. I’m quite sure that wasn’t part of the 11 herbs and spices.Serving day old chicken and telling the customers that it’s fresh is not a good practice to keep ‘em coming back.If you ever wondered what deck wood with 11 herbs and spices tasted like go ahead and stop by this location. ??

I got a 3 piece dinner. Two big pieces and one small something. I am not complaining. It took a few minutes to get the food, but it was nice and hot. My wife did not like hot pickles, temperature wise ,not spicy on her sandwich, I did think the chicken was good.

So they seemed really busy. There were other customers that were really really unhappy.no barbcue sauce. Got another order wrong from the drive thru, they fixed it well. Then i ordered 8 pieces dark meat only, shouldnt that have been thighs and legs? I got some wings, not a lot of meat on those. Plus no forks or mini cakes. Looks like the manager that orders really screwed people, by not having supplies for friday night rush. Oh this is the first kfc with soft bisquits...i also heard they were out of pizza.
Ordered 4 personal pan pizzas here. It took 20 minutes, but to be honest they let me know before hand it was gonna be a long wait. I already knew it was going to be. I really should of put a mobile order in beforehand. The food was good . They were polite, it's the only place I'll put up with waiting time because I love dem personal pan pizzas!

The last two times I’ve gone here for food it’s taken over 30 min to get our order for our family of 4. Tonight I ordered ahead and it still took 30 min for the order to be ready (time before I sat waiting 20 min for them to take my order, when they finally said they were ready to take my order they said it would be 20 more min to cook it and we left). Tonight I had ordered 2 kids meals and 2 adult meals. Was supposed to get 3 mac and cheese sides and one mashed potatoes and gravy. We received 2 mashed potatoes with gravy, one plain mashed potatoes, and one Mac and cheese. We ordered several different sauces and did not received any of those. Food was ok but we get disappointing service every single time. We won’t be back.

I ordered ahead and the food was not ready at the quoted time. The mashed potatoes and biscuits were cold. The biscuits were also very crumbly and dry. We did take out but literally live a couple of minutes away. We won't be back any time soon.
