Restaurant, awful food, SUPER loud music, Never going back!!! Poor value for the money. I don't think it even deserves one star, actually.

We had dinner here the first night we arrived. I realize CoVid has impacted all but was surprised and disappointed at the layout of the restaurant/bar. Service was superb. Drinks were stout and delicious. We had the special recipe stew (delicious!) and we shared a pulled pork sandwich which we split (superb!) and a Cobb salad which was fresh & delicious. Generous servings and really quick and wonderful service!

Had high expectations that died with tradition ordered a hot brown have eaten there for decades before new management this was the best something to look forward to but not any more my waiter was great and the tomato bisque was great only surprise was the hot brown sliced processed turkey on toasted bread with the blandest sauce i ever tried sorry but this place has changed too much for me and for the worse thank you

Service was great!! They remembered my drink order from the 1st night which shows attention to detail. Burger is good, Puffs are amazing. New concept will be incredible once completed.

I have to say that we were pleasantly surprised. To start, the entire facility is being refurbished and everything is in disarray. There are currently only a handful of tables in the restaurant. The plans looks very exciting and I understand it should be open in a couple of months. Back to the food... The Hot Brown was excellent and the Berkshire Pork Chop was really good with apples, fingerling potatoes and a pickled cabbage dish. The menu is somewhat small, but everyone around us seemed to be commenting on the high quality of the food.

The Campbell House is going through a renovation and you can see how beautiful it will be. Even with the renovations, the staff was outstanding and attentive. The food was great as well. Our table had the pork and the Steak Frites and we were extremely happy with our meal. Looking forward to the new concept this summer!

The hush puppy push's were such a delicious appetizer option!! It's different than what you would normally order but it was such a surprising combination of a pancake and a funnel cake. It had several sauces that went along with it and there was plenty for a table of 4! I also liked the variety on the menu; they had small plate options as well as larger entrees. I got the chorizo burger with fries. I am a fries girl at heart and thoroughly enjoyed the Parmesan cheese and texture! My fiancée got the hot brown (Kentucky classic) and completely cleaned his plate. So I'd say he enjoyed it. To top off the evening, we had coffee creme brûlée. It was perfectly cooked and plenty for 4 to split. My one criticism was the ambiance which sounds like it will be changing in the future. They were currently renovating the restaurant and have a new bourbon bar coming soon!

No atmosphere at all, no bar, no Tito's, no Cointreau, no music, no taste, no Buffalo Trace, no Woodford Reserve and less that friendly service, when they came by at all.

OMG! After a long day my colleague and I were so happy to make it back to our hotel and too tired to leave hotel for dinner. The in-house restaurant was a lifesaver. I was going to go for the lamb chops but they are pre-marinated (my darn dietary restrictions can quickly ruin plans) but no worries the pork chop could be prepared with minor changes. We both ordered pork chops well done. I still don't understand how anyone can eat raw pork...yuck. She had to send hers back for more cooking... these were some thick chops. They were served with red cabbage, potatoes, and mustard seeds. This was good. The cheesecake looked great too and she enjoyed; I assured her that calories don't count on work travel. Later, I had the jalapeño margarita from the bar...pretty good. If you are staying here, I would recommend having dinner here at least one night.

Atmosphere is pretty good. Service was very good. Food quality was good. Selection was poor and a bit odd. Prices were too high.

This place was dang good. The price was spot on for the $16 you got an amazing breakfast buffet that goes above and beyond anything you would expect in a hotel. The food was hot and fresh and delicious. I was a little nervous on the service at first as one girl didn't freaky seem to want to be serving tables but Jennifer stepped in and started helping me. I learned a lot about her through conversation and can't believe she's been here for 16 years, she shared a lot of history about the place and the changes it's gone through in just the short amount of time I was at the table. Customer service like hers is what keeps people coming back. Jennifer kudos to you.

I ate breakfast here three times. The buffet is definitely adequate and will fill you up. But the food is on the plain side, nothing to write home about. Surroundings are attractive though.

Service was terrible. Would not go back and chose to eat somewhere else even though I had free breakfast coupons.

I really liked their bourbon selection and was pleasantly surprised by the wine that they offered. The restaurant/bar met my expectations of a hotel bar. Service was good and everyone was helpful. I would recommend the burger. It was good. I would stop by again.

Really enjoyed the breakfast buffet! Great food selection with good coffee and comfortable surroundings for talking and relaxing in style. Nice place.
