The amount of sugar that they cram inside of these things is an atrocity. They could save so much money if they just cut the amount of sugar they put inside the donuts in half, and the donuts would benefit. Today I got three donuts, the apple pie, the New York cheesecake, and the Oreo cream. The apple pie is definitely the winner as it was the one that had the least amount of sugar and actually tasted like something unique. The New York cheesecake and the Oreo cream tasted identical because they were so crammed with sugar you couldn't tell the difference. It's a damn shame, I was so excited to try these and it was such a disappointment. Frank's donuts is much better, their cheesecake donut is to die for.

I had a horrible experience at this Krispy Kreme, which was not the first time. I ordered online and it stated my order would be ready within 20 minutes of placing it. When ready, I walked in and was immediately attended by one of the workers. She had asked if I had an online order. I stated I did then gave her my name. The order was not ready. I stood there waiting and was then given some attitude from another worker. She said, ânext time you need to wait in line instead of cutting.â I told her I wasnât in line and that I had an online order that should have been ready. She stated, âyou shouldâve waited like the rest of us,â and gave me a disgusted look at the end. I will never be going back.

Had absolutely the worst customer service experience possible at the Richmond Rd, Lexington Ky location. The young lady taking the order couldnât hear us. when we got to the window she was very discombobulated. I completely understand her frustrations but she kept making smart comments as if it was my fault she couldnât hear me. She began to raise her voice and when i asked to speak to the manager and she came to the window the manager still allowed the young lady to make rude comments.

Not sure if i was there on a bad day. But it was very messy by the conveyer belt. Everything was out of stock. I recommend some cleaning or update inside the building

Star is for superb staff. Fire your pest control. Both live & dead bugs in Ladies restroom. Even a live one in the sink. Hard to have an appetite after that .

This is the best service I ever got I went through drive thru and ms.kaylee was the best she didnât make me wait she took my order and she spoke clearly and if she couldnât hear me at the speaker she asked me to speak a little louder so she could make sure the order was correct and when I got my total and I got to the window she told me the order and then asked if she got the order correct and she got the order right and she took the payment and when gave me my receipt she told me about the survey on the receipt i told myself i definitely am going to do the survey and give ms.kaylee an outstanding review on the survey like the service she gave me she is the absolute best and Iâm so glad that I got to meet ms.kaylee I hope she sees this. Iâll definitely be back thanks so much ms.kaylee what a great person and your really good at your job!!!

If I could give negative I would give -5. This is the WORST Krispy Kreme ever to exist. I have never been able to get a limited time doughnut from here. Completely out of the sorting hat doughnut and almost every other Harry potty themed doughnut today. Every time I come here theyâre out of the featured doughnuts and the staff is never helpful. GET IT TOGETHER. Someone else please open up another Krispy Kreme in Lexington KY
