Stop offering the small child sized shopping baskets. I was there today and getting easter candy for my grandson. Some idiot woman was just letting her small child, who looked to be maybe 4 running into people with the cart, which also was not empty. Even after I said something to the idiot woman the child ran her little suzy shopper cart into the back of my knees and it hurt really bad and the stupid adult was not providing any adult supervision at all/

I ordered click list from the Kroger at Beaumont Center in Lexington, KY, to be picked up 6-7pm today. I arrived at 6:10pm and there were 4 cars parked, taking up all the spots, plus 3 cars waiting in line. I waited for 20 minutes and then called the store to ask if I could come inside to get my order instead of waiting in the car line. They said no so I asked if I could come back after 7 instead and they said yes. I returned at 7:20pm and the line was even longer than before. All the spots were full and 5 cars were waiting. This time, I went inside and asked if I could pick up my order in the store. The person working customer service called to confirm that my order was ready and it was. I asked if I could get my order in the store and they said no, I could cancel it and do my shopping myself. So my question is this, if my order was bagged up and ready to go, why would I not be able to pick it up in the store myself? Is is not possible for someone to bring those bags out to the store area for me to take out to my car myself? I already paid online and the groceries were already bagged and I was in the store and they told me I could not get my order. This is unbelievably ridiculous. Please explain why I was told to cancel my order and why I could not pick it up myself instead of waiting in a line of 9 cars.

Can’t find anything because they are rearranging the store plus they are dropping name brands in favor of the Kroger brand . Leave well enough alone .

Slowest deli I have ever been to. If it wasn't for the Boars Head meats I would avoid this counter at all cost. They should send their employees to a Publix for proper training in customer service.
