Horrible changes and unclear pricing for family meals in fried chicken area. Rude manager. Other time.Store manager at 9:36am Was very rude and short. She talked loud and gas lit my complaint. The service desk Told me I could not buy a product because they need enough for 4 more days, very rudely. Also rude to other customers before me. I said I spend a thousand dollars a month sometimes to customer service and he said others do too. And proceeded to ignore me. Very mean and rude and nasty. They finally sold me what I needed. The manager yelled at me and continued by asking other customers what they thought. I continued to shop anyway after I payed. The manager T*n*a spoke really loud so others could hear. she kept saying 'what do you expect me to do' when I complained about customer service.
I go here often and use the same chime card Everytime. I went thru the U-SCAN and went to pay for my groceries and it took the money off my chime card but declined at the U-SCAN. So I couldn't get my groceries and was out 100 dollars. The customer service said I needed to wait until it would appear on my card and here I am 5 days later still no money on my card and I'm the one that has to call a 800 number and figure it out. It's just crazy to me I'm the one who has to figure out why they took my money and take time off work to do this with the calling back and forth sitting on hold

They have the best bakery (out of Kroger)! Fresh and decorated nicely! They really know what they're doing

The only positive thing I have to say about this Kroger is that the employees who bring the pickup orders out to your car are very professional and do their job well.
The pharmacy is rude and unhelpful. They forget to charge for medications then you have to pay double the next time, they won’t order out of stock medication or look in the system to see if other Krogers have it in stock. Leestown Kroger pharmacy goes above and beyond and they have my pharmacy business now.
I shop in store so I know that not all of the produce is rotten but if I order produce in my pickup 9 times out of 10 if is rotten or close to it and I end up throwing it away. I don’t know if they are picking up the worst looking head or lettuce on the shelf or if it isn’t being stored properly after they pick it.
I often have items missing especially if I order two of the same item, I usually only get one and this last order I got cooked bacon and when I opened the package it was obviously bad and then looked at the date and it expired 10 days ago.
I will be driving across town to a Kroger that is properly managed to get my pickup orders from now on.
Drove pretty far to this location to get a cake made, (4PM) called an hour earlier to verify they would be able to decorate a cake. When I show up, they tell me “there is noone here who can do that” when they verified on the phone they would be available until 8pm. I usually like Kroger, but this was a terrible experience and huge waste of my time.
Too many bad experiences. I do not plan on returning to this location in the future, despite the fact that I will have to travel further to go shopping.
Also the gentleman who loaded my groceries offered to help me to my care since I had 2 buggies. He was so nice, so helpful! His name is Jerry and this is not the first time he has helped me to my car! He is a wonderful employee and a great guy. Kroger is lucky to have him as an employee. The lady who ran my groceries is also fantastic...I'm sorry that I didn't catch her name, but she is also always helpful! Thanks!!!

My cart locked up as I was leaving and had to transfer my groceries to another one, then it locked up.
Today at the Self Checkout, I was having difficulty getting my alternate phone number to work. Matthew kindly came over and showed me how to scan the barcode on my phone. I was so relieved! I was able to use my clipped coupons and stay within my grocery budget. Thanks Matthew!!

This is the worst place to get scripts filled they say scripts were never sent . Called my Dr. Office they call Kroger put me on hold . Then it's randomly appeared at the pharmacy. This store is a nightmare do not recommend getting any scripts filled through them ever.
The woman working at the deli was extremely rude. I never get the warm and fuzzies from the people working the meat and seafood department. With that being said they have one of the best produce departments in Lexington and extremely friendly front end staff
