What I enjoyed about this store was it was a smaller scale of the bigger one with the exception of produce.Anytime I asked for a certain product the clerk gladly checked and I got something nicer looking. Here I asked for beets and they were pushed in the back and not to pretty. He never offered to check or tell me when fresh ones might come in . At least 2-3 times I almost ran into the manager. He never said how are you,can I help you find something?Like he was lingering watching,On the other hand the cashier was quick friendly and thorough .

Grand Opening today, whatever that meant. Assuming they reorganized the store. Don't often shop at this Kroger, although it's as close as Tate Creek. It's smaller, more quiet. I had a small mental list and coupons from Kroger, so I went to check out the new and improved store. I'm not a accustomed to the layout, so I perused the aisles. It looked good. Organized and lots of sales. Didn't deviate from my list, so in and out quicky. Today, they get an extra Star Maybe, when I need just a few things, I'll frequent Hartland Kroger more often? 95

Just one I'd like to go shopping at Kroger and find everything I need. Since the pandemic, Kroger has not been fully stocked with what they used to have it's very sad.

Best meat department of any Kroger. David and crew helped a lot with our Christmas selections.

I have been shopping at this location for nearly 25 years and can say that I have never experienced an issue here. Although it may be somewhat smaller than the super Kroger stores, it is convenient and clean. All the personnel I have encountered through the years have always been courteous and helpful if needed. Normally very well stocked and clean. I'll continue to shop here for all my nutritional necessities, and if they do not have it, the Tates Creek and Richmond Rd stores are not far away.

I love this store! I only live 5 minutes away, so it's convenient.. I'm definitely a regular customer. Every time I go into the store, I'm greeted with a smile. If something has moved and I can't find it, I immediately get friendly assistance. Checkout is also cordial and speedy at the same time. I dislike shopping anywhere else!

We love our smaller Kroger here at Heartland. Pharmacy personnel are exceptional! Wade, Jeanne, Eden, Bobbie, Azira, Cedrick come to my older mind now. But all employees are GREAT! THEY REALLY SEEM TO CARE! Believe me when I say they are heads above CVS, WALGREENS, RITE AID in my area. PdH

Wow! This Kroger really needs an update. It still had the retro brownish color scheme! I had to use the bathroom as soon as I got in here! They were clean which was a plus. I was only looking for a few baking supplies and found most of what I needed pretty quickly. I had trouble finding cream of coconut though. My older sister needed it but I had never heard of it. The guy I asked wasn't sure but patiently looked down and up the baking aisle. He was confident that it was in another aisle but asked two other co workers. They were friendly and very helpful! I found the stuff in the Gatorade aisle. Self checkout was quick too! Even though it was a few days before Christmas, there wasn't a line much anywhere. The parking lot was crazy though! Found a spot a little bit away from the door but it wasn't a far walk. Interestingly, the wine and spirits were a couple doors down from the main entrance for Kroger. In Kentucky, we separate alcohol from the main grocery. It's the law. But I was shocked that the place had other businesses in between it and the grocery. Weird. Not that I needed any wine and spirits. But I sure wouldn't enjoy walking in between if it was cold or rainy.

I usually go to this Kroger just because it's across the street from my house but after my trip this morning I will never go again... They have always been fairly rude but today takes the cake.... So I stopped by after taking my son to school just to grab a few things for my lunch today. I went by the meat department and they where still filling the meat case up. I asked if there was a chance I could get him to grab me a couple steaks that hadn't been put out.. He proceeded to tell me that he is busy setting them up and would be for the next 30 minutes or so and if I wanted to wait " then go for it"..... For real dude... I wanted to say something smart back but I bit my tongue and walked off. I had probably $40-50 dollars worth of stuff and I just pushed it to the side and walked out.. I've never in my life had someone be a @$$ like that to me over asking for a steak....... But like I said I will never step foot in that location again. Tate's Creek Kroger is only a 5 minute or so away so I will take my business there...

This is a smaller Kroger in Hartland shopping center. If you are looking for the basics you can probably find it here but it won't be the Elaborate spread of the marketplace Krogers. It fits the need for thAt quick trip for bread and milk. Check their bread and meat though go as you can sometime find marked down packages for a great deal! It's also a plus that Cherry Berry is close by too if you have a sweet tooth craving.

This is more like a mini condensed Kroger. It doesn't carry a full range of products like the bigger Kroger stores. I couldn't even find Mediterranean sea salt here and the entire bottled water section was empty. It is alright for a quick grocery run, but not for full fledged grocery shopping. One good point about this location, they have a display for the free friday download, where the free product of the week is easy to locate.
