LeanFeast has been a wonderful time-saving service during my postpartum experience. I was able to batch buy and freeze healthy, tasty, precooked proteins for myself and my family. My toddler loved the chicken! The staff is knowledge about nutrition and their products, and so very friendly and helpful if you have questions. For persons with disabilities that may have difficulty finding the energy or time to meal prep according to their dietary needs, LeanFeast is perfect!

Mr. Youngblood (owner) was very cool. Answered all my questions about his food with transparency. Went above to tell me about his chicken he uses. Good food. Clean. Not loaded with all the unnecessary stuff most “healthy” fast food chains use. 10/10 recommend

Best damn meal prep place in lexington Collins Youngblood is the best at what he does and he goes above and beyond for every customer that walks in that door very welcoming will answer any questions for you and just a good guy to talk to! His food is fantastic! Very delicious! Stays fresh for a long time! I went in there and bought a bunch of meals for the week! Love his stuff!
