The food was old , nasty and the corn was either old or over cooked the corn looked 5D it was so big, the chicken looked deformed and disgusting, they should have kept that place closed , i never try to complain but soon as i got my food i tried to eat and had to take it back in the store , and the manager didn’t even have any sympathy, didn’t say mybad im sorry , just gonna say oh well i can’t give your money back , like what well next time let me check my food before yal take my money , that’s not right as an established business , worst place in Lexington i wldnt. even go out of town and eat bc of the experience here in lexington ky on richmond rd , Just go to KFC instead

The spicy chicken here is amazing better than all other Lee's. The service here is great everyone of the staff are welcoming to the customer's!

Only 10 pieces in the 12pieces pack! So disappointing!

To know if I wanted a MTO 12 piece spicy wing at this establishment I'm told its in the policy that they don't do that. As I'm walking out the door,the shift manager say this ain't burger king and you can't have things your way. The Reason I like MTO food is that its fresh for the price for frozen food. So I called the first Lee's I went to when I moved here. The sweetest last answered a simple question I ask the other store. If I came and and asked for fresh or MTO food could that be something your store can do? She said yes. So I asked its nothing in the policy that says you can't right. She said no. Can someone from the company answer this for me. The chicken was room temp to say the least, and getting fresh food is against your policy, because its not burger king and I can't get things fresh and hot.

They don’t pay attention at all. This is the second time they’ve given me the wrong food with DoorDash… the baked beans were old looking and the portions are so little.

You wait at the drive through and wait for 10 minutes. Someone else pulls up to the second speaker and they take their order right off and leave me setting there waiting. So I drove off. And I'll never go back there again. I'll go to KFC. Because you all are very rude.

First customer of the day. Chicken dippers and mashed potatoes taste reheated and not freshly made. Potatoes scalding hot. Drive thru clerk was very rude. Atmosphere does not seem to be happy serving the public. Reheated food is the laziest form of disrespect to a customer
