You wait at the drive through and wait for 10 minutes. Someone else pulls up to the second speaker and they take their order right off and leave me setting there waiting. So I drove off. And I'll never go back there again. I'll go to KFC. Because you all are very rude.

First customer of the day. Chicken dippers and mashed potatoes taste reheated and not freshly made. Potatoes scalding hot. Drive thru clerk was very rude. Atmosphere does not seem to be happy serving the public. Reheated food is the laziest form of disrespect to a customer

I have lived in the Lexington area for 15 years and have never tried Lee’s. After a situation of food not being ready at a competitors when we ordered ahead and was told we needed to wait an additional 20 minutes past our quoted time we decided to give them a try. They blew their competitor out of the water in terms of service 100%. They were friendly and we had the food right away. I have had better friend chicken but for the friendly service and convenience they are worth the money.

i don’t know who granny is in the kitchen making this coleslaw but GOD BLESS Y’ALL! I work at the t mobile down the street and lee’s is one of our go to spots for lunch and never misses. we appreciate y’all.

missing over half our food, once home and realized i called them, they told me no refunds and if i wanted the food missing to pack up everything and bring it all back. rude and terrible during ordering as well

I don't know what's going on recently. But the last 3 times I've been here. They haven't gotten a single order correctly for minor stuff to the entire meal being wrong every single item.

My order was messed up and when I asked for it to be fixed I was berated for 10 minutes about my attitude (the only attitude being I got my food, walked out to my car, saw I was missing something so grabbed my receipt and ran back in, smiled and asked for what was missing, was told to bring the food back in, said ok, got the food and sat it on the counter too hard I guess and was visibly annoyed about running back and forth at that point). Genuinely very confusing and upsetting interaction. I apologized since quietly waiting seemed to make them angrier but they just kept going. The first girl cried because other people had yelled at her earlier in the day though I never did, one person called me names, and the one berating me seemed to think we had a good interaction by making me apologize. I don’t raise my voice so getting yelled at was very uncomfortable. Food looked good but didn’t eat it at that point since I had no appetite but they don’t do refunds
