missing over half our food, once home and realized i called them, they told me no refunds and if i wanted the food missing to pack up everything and bring it all back. rude and terrible during ordering as well

I don't know what's going on recently. But the last 3 times I've been here. They haven't gotten a single order correctly for minor stuff to the entire meal being wrong every single item.

My order was messed up and when I asked for it to be fixed I was berated for 10 minutes about my attitude (the only attitude being I got my food, walked out to my car, saw I was missing something so grabbed my receipt and ran back in, smiled and asked for what was missing, was told to bring the food back in, said ok, got the food and sat it on the counter too hard I guess and was visibly annoyed about running back and forth at that point). Genuinely very confusing and upsetting interaction. I apologized since quietly waiting seemed to make them angrier but they just kept going. The first girl cried because other people had yelled at her earlier in the day though I never did, one person called me names, and the one berating me seemed to think we had a good interaction by making me apologize. I don’t raise my voice so getting yelled at was very uncomfortable. Food looked good but didn’t eat it at that point since I had no appetite but they don’t do refunds

Bobby the manager has the personality, charisma and mindset similar to that of a (learning Disabled, critically injured) 3 toed sloth (If not identical)

But they don't "need" help, they and he most certainly do need ALOT OF IT!

Good food. Good service. Awful metal chairs for inside dining though actually became physically painful enough we packed our food and ate in the car.

I grew up on their chicken as opposed to KFC. I've always liked them better. The chicken is still really tasty. Just wish the prices were still what I paid back in the day.

Ordered online for carrryout with the only option listed being to pick it up in the dining room. Got a chicken pot pie, livers, and a few sides and when placing the order it said it would all be ready in 20 minutes.
I showed up to the store 5 minutes before my pickup time and all three dining room doors were locked even though it was 2 hours before their posted closing time. So I went through the drive thru where they told me it would be an additional 25 minutes to wait for them to cook my pot pie.
If I placed the order online 20 minutes ago why am I waiting an additional 25? They seemed absolutely befuddled I actually wanted my pot pie and after all was said and done I ended up waiting closer to 30 minutes in my car for them to bring it to me.
Got home and sure enough my livers were ice cold and had been so over packed in a small styrofoam container that they had formed a single greasy clump. The mashed potatoes tasted sour like they had been hot all day and curdled.
So I spent $30 and threw away half the food and an hour of my time. Never again…

So I ordered two meals I live in Winchester. They shorted me a meal. They told me to bring the food back so how am I gonna bring the food back? If you showed me one then they mess one up and act like they didn’t wanna give it to me I said let me just get a refund. We don’t do a refund so I would never recommend nobody going to this place ever

February 2025 Ordered 2 piece snack (spicy), ordered 2 piece original dinner. Got to window, worker opened window and was covered in animal hair, we told her she had only rang up one order so she says she corrected. Got the order then she immediately said give me back the top box it's wrong, swapped out with another. We left and went to find a spot to stop and eat it. Opened the snack and it was not correct. It was 2 small chicken tenders not leg and thigh. It was extremely cold and not spicy. The dinner we got was cold as well. Would not recommend to anyone. Staff rude, dirty and can't get orders right.

Probably my fault for ordering fast food on a weekend evening, but I waited for nearly 30 minutes in the line here at about 5: 30p on a Saturday. I only stayed stayed because I had ordered online and prepaid for a family dinner.

Predictably, there were items missing and the food was cold.

But I would presume every employee there believes they're underpaid...

That's not to say that many in the fast food industry shouldn't be paid more. The staff at the Culver's in Hamburg, for example, always provides excellent service. They should earn considerably more than Lee's employees.

Supposedly out of pot pies only for tonight on a Sunday night at 6pm. I work in food and that tells me that whoever is managing is too lazy to make them. Won’t be back!!!

this was my first time in this lees, located in Lexington Kentucky & the workers were all extremely nice & the food was amazing & well cooked. they were extremely busy but got you in & out, in a timely manner!

recommend trying it!

I ate here again today, I went drive through this time & they were busy but had the line rolling quickly, their food was absolutely amazing again today, everything was well made & prepared great!

Parking: they have plenty of parking here.

Well.... after closing my own restaurant for the night, I was craving Lee's. I worked there when I was a teenager and still get a craving for crispy chicken and potato wedges. First off placed an online order and drove about 12ish minutes to get there. They had 1 customer in the drive thru and me. My daughter went in to get it. They couldn't find the order at first and then when they did, my daughter had to ask for the gallon of tea. Got home with our 16 piece meal. There were zero biscuits in it. I ordered mash potatoes and gravy, 2 potato wedges and a mac and cheese. No mac and cheese. I called and said I didn't get my items and they wanted me to bring back all of the food and receipt. Wth!! So by the time I get to eat my food after THEIR MISTAKE it was going to be over an hour later. I don't think so. I guess I will have to not get biscuits or mac this time. Sadly I will never get my Lee's chicken again because that is the stupidest policy I've ever heard of. I know they don't care but we won't be back.
