The food is great but management needs to get on their employees about locking the dining room up before posted hours. I don't even come here that often but somehow I'm sitting here right around 8pm for the second time and the doors are locked and employees are playing like they're blind. That's annoying when I specifically chose to drove 10-15 minutes to come here and eat here.

So I placed an order via the App on March 25th 2024 around 5pm and opted for Delivery. Received a text message stating its arrival only to be called a few min later from another door dash driver claiming he was there to pick up the order and was instructed someone else had already picked it up.I never received my order and when I called door dash to have my food redelivered, was told I would have to speak to the Mgr of the store. Went over there the next day in person and the Mgr told me they couldn't remake the order as they were waiting for door dash to send them the payment. Left there unsatisfied and the money was taken out of my account. Spoke to 3 different door dash people two of which said they would issue me a refund, the other said some nonsense about a credit. Was told it would take 5-7 business days to get the money back.It's been a week and money hasn't been refunded, no credit and I have emailed Lee's several times regarding a refund only to get no response from them.No money back, no food I paid for. Worst Service Ever

The staff always make you feel welcome and valued; they are cheerful, courteous and make every effort to fulfill your (lunch) needs. The cole slaw is good; you can mix your own unsweetened tea and lemonade, and I keep ordering the chicken livers. Maybe next time I'll try something else. I always leave this place both well-fed AND happy! ?

Only place to find good chicken gizzards. Got livers by mistake and brought them back and was fixed up nicely quickly. Their other stuff is great, also. Staff are friendly and cordial.

Place the drive through order when we got to the drive through. The sales person didn't know which order was ours. And named off 4 other orders before. I had to tell them what my order was and she said okay, I got it. But they ended up still getting the order wrong and only got the chicken right and all the sides wrong. On the top of that, the chicken was way overcooked. And very dry, Definitely better chicken places in lexington
I called to let the manger know that she had left some stuff out my bag I've never been cursed out in a way that she did I will never return to the lees on Richmond

havent ate at this restaurant for many years because the old service and food were completely garbage. so after several years and new opening we decided to give it another shot. i order a 2 pc chicken strip meal with mac and cheese and tator wedges and a biscuit. when i got my food, i dont think a single item was at or even close to room temp little on at a appropriate temp to serve. The biscuit had so much butter on it i thought my arteries would clog and the wedges look like they hadnt even been cooked. needless to say the whole meal went in the trash, and as before ill never step foot in another lees.The service on the other hand was actually quite wonderful. Very nice and polite workers and faster than life service (probably cause none of it was cooked)
