First time in Saturday 2/15/25. Met Lee- super nice guy and can tell the man has been around the seafood business including logistics a long time. Smoked tuna fish dip is damn good. Proper fish dip, exactly as if out at a florida port or a coastal waterside raw bar. If you know what I mean you know what I mean. Try it. My only mistake is not buying more than one tub - it’s Sunday, it’s snowing, and Lee is closed. Give it a try - guy seems super willing to make any experience...
I am not experienced with cooking seafood at all. Lee suggested I try some halibut, which I’ve never tried yet. He was kind enough to cut me a piece, season it for me, along with some asparagus all ready to just put right in the oven when I got home. He told me how to cook it… it was SO EASY, he did all the work and I had an easy, quick , absolutely perfectly delicious, healthy meal. I would encourage everyone to do this!!!! I will be back for another recommendation...
My family and I make it a point to stop in Lexington Seafood Co. when we are in the area! Not only is the food TO DIE FOR, the staff is top-notch and they are so insightful. Do yourself a favor and stop in for all of your seafood needs! They also have great gift options for the “foodie” on your Christmas list!
