Sam was rad. Best espresso martini of my life!!!
Poorly managed. If I had to guess, this place will not be open much longer if they do not get better management and staff in there. READ THE REVIEWS, this is clearly a problem. They all need to be trained in customer service. We went over the holiday weekend since family came in town and we will never return nor will we recommend them after the poor service and staff. We only made it through dinner (took forever to get our order and get our food) then we decided this was not the experience I wanted for my out of town family and we left. Never again.
What a fun way to spend an afternoon. 😊
The food is excellent 👍 the facility is well maintained and the staff is very professional.i truly enjoyed our visit and definitely recommend it
Husband & I took 2 of our crew (daughter & niece) for arcade & bowling. So, this is not a review for the theater.
Arcade was pretty clean & most of the games worked! That's exciting. Some were definitely broken, but that is to be expected at most arcades anyway. The attendant had zero people skills and was mostly on her phone, but did the minimum to make this a not awful experience when we decided to rent a lane for a bit. While the equipment is outdated and some balls had small chunks out of them, the lanes were surprisingly well taken care of. We would definitely go back for this one. The best part of the arcade is absolutely Mario Cart. So bring some buddies & put your cart skills to work!
Saw 28 Years Later on the LFX screen. Blew us away with the size and how loud the sound was. At first I was concern that tickets were around $15 each, but once you walk into that theater it makes sense. I can't speak to the quality of the smaller theaters, but the LFX screen was special and a great immersive atmosphere. Didn't bother with concessions, went on a weekend and wasn't very crowded, had no wait. Parking available in adjacent garage. Around $2-3 for garage unless you can find street parking and walk a little farther.
Very Ghetto. Bartenders have STD’s
Service was so bad that this is the letter I sent to Operations Director: I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I and my invited guests received during my recent visit to your restaurant tonight. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of what I expected from your establishment. From the beginning of our meal, the waitress assigned to our table was noticeably rude and unaccommodating. She seemed impatient when we asked simple questions about the menu and acted as though our presence was an inconvenience. Her tone and attitude made our group uncomfortable and detracted significantly from the dining experience. When we brought our concerns to the attention of the manager, we hoped for a more understanding and helpful response. Unfortunately, the manager’s reaction was indifferent and dismissive. Rather than acknowledging the issue or offering a resolution, we felt brushed off, which only added to our frustration. I truly believe that good service is just as important as good food, and in this case, both were lacking. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and use it as an opportunity to improve your customer service standards.
This place is amazing. I would come to Lexington and stay a night just to come here and spend all day there. Bowling alley ✔️, bar ✔️ ✔️, movie theater ✔️, restaurant ✔️ ✔️ ✔️. It's completely worth it.
The seats are assigned. So you buy your ticket and choose where to sit beforehand. You can purchase them online or in the theater.
Let's talk about the chairs. They are reclining chairs😱🤩. Super comfortable. It has a heating seat feature 💯 👏. And you can put your feet up. You can also buy your food and take it with you to see the movie. Once you try it, you won't want to see a movie any other way.
Recently went and saw Wicked opening weekend at the 11:00am matinee. They didn’t open the doors till 10:45 and were rude telling people I don’t know how you got in we don’t open till 10:50. Don’t schedule a movie to start 10 minutes after opening, especially one of the biggest movies of the year. Concessions weren’t ready. I’d go back for the theater, but management could do better. Parking garage is chaotic. Incoming cars have to cross through outgoing cars. Parking rates have gone up and validating your ticket doesn’t give you much of a discount.
Restaurantji Recommends
Biggest money scam of all time. Every single employee tells you something different about parking prices. Awful food and awful service. I do not recommend.
It's a really nice establishment and I'll definitely recommend it for dinning, but going to the movies on the weekends was not a great time. The concession line simply didn't move for 15min. When we went to our movie and came back out there was no hotdogs ready or any buns that were thawed out. I was just disappointed with this being my first visit. It was a very hyped-up place to visit. I know this isn't anyones fault, just my honest review
They need a better system of parking be ready to be in the garage for 30 45 mins trying to get out. It makes absolutely no sense how long it takes to get out . . AlSO FIX THE FLUCKIN PARKING LINES .no one knows rather to park at the the yellow or white lines
Decent food and nice theaters/seating. Arcade/gaming area no much but a nice place to hang out with family or go on date night. The parking validation is a joke though unless you stay for under an hr
I tried to call many times and they didn’t answer when they transferd me. Horrible service
