All my life, Little Caesars on rich road (the OG location and this newer one) has had a special place in mine and my families heart.
Between the Hot and Ready's and the Crazy Bread - THEY DO NOT MISS. You know what you're gonna get every time. And they're always consistent.
There's not a lot to expect from a customer service experience because it's so simple to order. Order your pizza and/or bread sticks. Pay. Drive off. Eat and enjoy with your friends/family.“
“They get me people are great atmosphere is awesome. I mean overall pleasant attitudes all the way around I mean, what else could I say about the positive feeling every time I go there to get something to eat little things it’s the little things and live that matter, you know, I went there today And got me a pepperoni classic and I was like can I get some Parmesan on there and she was like yeah and I was like you charge for that all the other places do she’s right now. “I really have to say that this was the best Little Caesar's ive ever entered. The pizza was actually better than any of their other chains ive been to. The service was very professional and very friendly. They were extremely busy and they still went through the line and got to us very promptly. They pizza was fresh out the oven and was hot and delicious. I dont usually enjoy little Caesars pizza but this one stood above the rest. Keep up the good work.“
“We asked for extra seasoning on our Italian cheese bread and they exceeded our expectation. We did have to wait for it due to us ordering so 30 minutes before closing. So when the lady brought it to us she asked us to check to make sure it was enough. She was also very kind and greeted us with a smile.“
