I came here to get the new crazy PuffI requested no sauce and they refused to make it that way whenever I come to this little Caesar it's always something that they can't do or they charge you extra if they don't put enough cheese on the cheese pizza with no sauce because then it's burnt I'm no longer going to do business with this little Caesar the GM refused to come to talk to me he sent Anthony to come and talk to me when I have pictures of his stomach being where he's a large man hanging over on where the pizzas are made

My husband went there on Wednesday night Oder 2 pizzas and 3 orders of the hot winds! When he got home after waiting 20 mins for the wings he got someone’s else order somebody name crystal she ordered online I’m guessing we got 3 pizza’s and 3 orders of wings! That was just 6 of her orders. Hello People my husband isn’t a female name crystal and we don’t have a suv! Plus ur box for drive through needs to be fixed! He couldn’t hear u and u couldn’t hear him! Sorry crystal for them messing up ur order and ours too!! Versailles rd get ur stuff fixed and pay attention ?♀️?♀️

Never give reviews, but I couldn’t not on this experience. Ordered a hot and ready and crazy puffs. After being told to pull around with no room to park because of the previous 5-7 orders being told the same, we sat in the car for 45 minutes before I eventually went inside to a number of others doing the same. It was another 10 minutes before I was addressed standing at the register and only because I grabbed the attention of one of the employees that were showing virtually 0 urgency. I had to tell the uninterested employee my order to which he goes right to the back and hands me two boxes and says “here this one has no name on it just take it”. No apologies, no sympathy, and absolutely no urgency even still as I left the 10-12 others in the same position. No shot I will be back here.

The menu board was not working,we ordered a large pizza wanted half and half because my friend doesn't eat pork it took the cashier 10 minutes to put in order for hamburger green pepper and extra cheese on his half and we also ordered cheese bread for him and got half cheese bread and half pepperoni in which he doesn't eat so we were left with something we didn't want, but my half was supposed to be supreme and was meat only !

I definitely do not recommend this place, they made us wait for about 30 minutes or more and then they told us that they lost the pizza that we could wait another 5 minutes and we accepted, but then they told us that they did not have it and they gave us our money back Well, they made us wait for nothing, I just went to have a bad time in that place

I've been here the last three times I've gotten pizza and last night was it because I ordered it on the phone so I wouldn't have to wait for it. Then when I got there it was completely wrong it didn't have the extra cheese it had a lot of Parmesan cheese it was just nasty looking. So they redid it I set up front for 15-20 minutes waiting for them to bring it out to me and I was thinking you know I just turned in one pizza I figured they got it right this time so I didn't even look in the box my 4-year-old was already getting restless we ordered the pizza at 9:00 and we didn't get to eat until 11:00 needless to say. When we got home open the box and I would not have said it to my dog if I had one the center of it was hard as a rock the breadsticks was the pizza dough wasn't done it was chewy inside there was no cheese on the breadsticks but there was tons of garlic and parmesan cheese that I already told them I did not want. The GM tried to tell me that he did the pizza he knows there was cheese on it and that it was done right I told him I would bring it back up there he said no he would just refund my money because they fixed it for me twice and I'm not satisfied. I told him that's fine you can refund my money but I'm bringing it back to you so I can show you that you did not do it right this is why I'm not satisfied. I told him you did it for me twice because you didn't get it right the first time then you didn't get it right the second time so now the third time you return my money and I just got a large pepperoni after that because I was done and my son was really wanting pizza that's his favorite his Little Caesars I don't know why but it is. They brought the box out to me I opened it up and looked at it and just shook my head shut the lid and went home we didn't get home till 11:00 by the time we got there my son fell asleep so he didn't even get to eat the pizza that I ordered at 9:00 and didn't get till 11:00. This is not the first time this is the third time and I've called and ordered ahead and had to have them redo it and wait 15 or 20 minutes for it! So I'm just saying check your box before you leave and make sure it's right or you'll get home and be disappointed..
