I cannot express how frustrated I am with this Little Caesars.
They’ve sent me to the front parking lot to wait for pizza twice.
The first time they completely forgot I was there - and after asking them where my pizza was after 20 minutes, it took ANOTHER 10 minutes to get my pizza.
Tonight they sent me to the front AGAIN- and knowing that they can take forever I walked in and told them I needed my pizza and they had it ready but clearly were not rushing to get it out to me.
For the love of God, if there’s going to be a wait time, TELL me before I order the damn pizza.
It’s “hot and ready” not “what a hot 20 minutes…”

Ordered two pizzas and they put pork on both. They told me I had to be there at a certain time to get them , I did , and they refused to give a refund or make another pizza. I offered to even buy another .

Yes, it's Little Caeser's. It's basically fast food. But the consistency of each order is why I come back; I can always expect the same great pizza on my plate at home at a great price. Perfect party pizza, or for those all-nighter college students. The new crazy puff and pizza combo is hard to beat for $9.99.

Decent food, good location, staff is friendly and work hard.
I had a fantastic experience, the manager at the time was so friendly and really went above and beyond. I think her name was Addison. Her customer service is really good.
Parking: As much parking as you need
Kid-friendliness: My kids love the pizza, we get it at least once a week.

I'm not sure what has happened at this location but it has been improved on every level. I only went today to take my neighbor and decided to order the cheese bread sticks and holy moly were they delicious.
Besides paying 13$ bucks for some soggy crazy bread and some hour old pizza..... the woman in the window refused to take my money cause apparently at 6pm on a Tuesday they don't have 4 20$ in the WHOLE building.Keep your cardboard pizza

Two female zoomer troll employees smoking dope 3 feet from customer drive thru line in back of store. Manager refused to even come to window, and the nosering twt rolled her eyes at me when i told her the message to tell mgr.What u do on your own time or away from customers is ur deal, but i doubt the owner or corporate would think its good for pr. Still not federally legal, esp in public. Ive been a customer at this location since it opened. Very disappointing. Have some fn standards. If i wasnt retired theyd been arrested.Young male manager delivered to my car. I explained the situation. He said that she did tell the manager my message, at least, and i explained the eye rolling, he said he understands my anger and they would do something about it. Whatever that means. He was cordial however, no digs on him. Have to chk my food for spit now.

The past couple visits the food advertised as hot n ready. Is not ready at all. I’ve had to wait 15 min each time for my food
