Since moving to the Richmond road area we have used this store at least once a month. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had. The cashier was rude but she truly seemed stressed by lack of team work from the kitchen staff. There was clearly a lack of support. I waited 38 minutes for my pizza I was promised in 10-15 minutes. I had to go inside to remind them I was still waiting for our food in the parking lot after watching multiple vehicles leave with a fresh order and she still acted as if she had no idea who I was or what vehicle I was in. Our pizza was by no means fresh AT ALL, actually partially burned and barely warm. I get places like this get busy but if I had time to wait nearly 40 minutes for a pizza I would have gone across the street to Pizza Hut.

I got food poisoning from a GrubHub order I placed on August 31st of three pretzel pizzas and have been in the hospital from it. I feel horribly sick. This isn't right. How does this even happen with PIZZA??

Little Caesars is great for two things: Hot and Ready Pizza's and Crazy Bread. If you're ordering anything else - you're looney.
All my life, Little Caesars on rich road (the OG location and this newer one) has had a special place in mine and my families heart.
Between the Hot and Ready's and the Crazy Bread - THEY DO NOT MISS. You know what you're gonna get every time. And they're always consistent.
There's not a lot to expect from a customer service experience because it's so simple to order. Order your pizza and/or bread sticks. Pay. Drive off. Eat and enjoy with your friends/family.

Yum crazy bread... Other pizza from there are good other than the ready to go ones.
This store gets one star until they change their poor practices. Workers standing around doing nothing, or cleaning windows when there is no hot and ready food to be sold. I ran into this issue on multiple visits in a row.

both times I have been here it has been an hour or more ordeal for relatively small orders. just picked up another order that I had placed online (in order to avoid said problem) I get two pizzas, one of them a combo with bread sticks only to not receive the bread sticks and be questioned if we even ordered them, had to wait another 15 minutes before we were given a single bag of bread sticks. idk what the problem is here but little Caesars entire thing is that it is easy and fast and it has been neither both times I've ordered here.

Had to wait quite a while because the people before us had bought out all of the pizzas they already had made. They asked us to park in the front and wait, half way through waiting an employee came out to let us know he did not forget about us which was so nice! Also because we waited extra long he included a crazy bread with our order. That is the way you do customer service! Great job
