I personally ordered Crazy Bread the way I prefer, which is "lightly" cooked with EXTRA butter and in a small box for easier eating vs. the bag. After waiting which is normal, it came out almost OVER cooked with barely any butter which the girl added some. I tried a couple bites in my car is when I realized it had a "crunch" to it and asked if they wouldn't mind to re-do it. The person cooking the request was an asshole and cooked it about 3 min. and put a pile of basically raw dough in the box with a bunch of butter slathered all over it. I saw the finished product when I got into my car. I was so pissed I just left and decided to let this store know my dissatisfaction with the staff this night. January 31st. I have had other great food from this store, but this night the outcome was uncalled for! Very immature and most of all very UNPROFESSIONAL! I was so aggrivated I forgot to take a picture : (

I most the time don’t mind this location but last time I went I got terribly sick and so I called to at least get a partial refund, and was told I would get a full refund in 5 days. I waited 7 and called again and they said my report wasn’t “saved” or whatever. So I did the whole long process over again and then was told the GM would reach out to me to make the situation right and it’s been over a week and still hasn’t happened. I’m just disappointed. I’ve given up on the idea of getting my refund. But it would have been nice for them to keep their word about something…

I visited the Little Caesars at Dillon Place near Boston Road today at 12:15 PM, expecting a quick and easy lunch. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed. Despite their "Hot-N-Ready" promise, the location only had two pizzas available and told us we'd have to wait 10-15 minutes for additional "Hot-N-Ready" pizzas. This defeats the entire purpose of their motto.
It's quite ridiculous that a place that markets itself as a quick option can't even fulfill their basic promise, especially in the middle of the day at a busy shopping center. They should be much better prepared to serve their customers efficiently.
To make matters worse, the lady working the drive-through looked like she had just rolled out of bed. This lack of professionalism only added to the frustration of the experience.
Overall, this location needs to step up its game in both preparation and customer service. I won't be coming back anytime soon.

I ordered a three meat treat pizza with a order of cheese bread and a 2 liter of mountain dew. Instead they gave me a order of half raw crazy bread. I will not be back to this location. I even repeated my order to the girl three different times. Would not recommend.

I can't comment on other Caesars locations but this one has to be the absolute slowest Hot and "Ready" locations.Minimum 10 minute wait every time you pull up. Went inside the last time because it was slow. Two employees talking right behind the counter. Didn't even acknowledge I walked in or asked what I wanted. Please do better

it’s so bad, i wanna give y’all zero stars but that’s not possible so i’ll give y’all a one. this specific pizza place location is dirty there’s always dirty napkins on the floor for some reason. an employee messed up my order (i was fine with it, the employee was kind and apologized) i still wanted to talk to the manager because the place looked dirty and i was concerned because the employees look very depressed. So i spoke to the manager and the manager was really rude and was yelling at the employee and fired them infront of everyone. i have also seen that the manager has attitude and anger issues towards other employees.
