I can't comment on other Caesars locations but this one has to be the absolute slowest Hot and "Ready" locations.Minimum 10 minute wait every time you pull up. Went inside the last time because it was slow. Two employees talking right behind the counter. Didn't even acknowledge I walked in or asked what I wanted. Please do better

it’s so bad, i wanna give y’all zero stars but that’s not possible so i’ll give y’all a one. this specific pizza place location is dirty there’s always dirty napkins on the floor for some reason. an employee messed up my order (i was fine with it, the employee was kind and apologized) i still wanted to talk to the manager because the place looked dirty and i was concerned because the employees look very depressed. So i spoke to the manager and the manager was really rude and was yelling at the employee and fired them infront of everyone. i have also seen that the manager has attitude and anger issues towards other employees.

There’s a guy in the back dipping his nipple in the marinara sauce. DO NOT work here unless u wanna live through fast food hell. Manager will fire you for the most ridiculous reasons. Had only wanted 2 thin crust pepperoni pizzas and a cheese bread. But instead got charged for 2 cheese pizzas and 2 thin crust. Not once but twice. Was apparently only able to void one of the checks, but then had to pay for what I had wanted initially. So I spent over 50 bucks for 2 thin crust pepperoni pizzas, and a cheese bread.

Placed a pick up order at 5:30 for a 6:30 pick up. When I arrived at 6:30 I was told it would he 5 more minutes. After being told 5 more minutes several times I got my pizza at 7:10.
