This place has gone steadily downhill since they were in Palomar and Paul owned it. Mark was manager and was very cordial, so ordered up to 100 pizzas at a time for my clients' employees when I furnished them lunch on a regular basis. They now have a bunch of rude lackadaisical punks who don't give a rat's a** about customer service or satisfaction. Also, last 3 purchases they put almost no cheese on their pizza, even if you order the farcical "extra most bestest." This time, I looked at the pizza before I left. I told "Man-Bun Boy," the employee, "this sure doesn't look like ExMBest - it is vey skimpy on the cheese and toppings." He merely responded, "Oh well, I didn't make it." I think I'm done; would rather pay more and give my $ to some other establishment.

"Hot and ready" my a*** The one thing I can count on in this cruel world is a hot and ready pizza from little Caesars any time of the day. At the Versailles road location, this is not an issue. The Boston Road Little Caesars apparently doesn't conform to the company's promise of 5$ hot and ready pizza. A 25-30 minute wait is absurd for a company that is only viable due to its ability to provide mediocre pizza in a timely manner. F*** you BR Little Caesars!

I did a drive through order but she couldn’t even understand what I was trying to order ”extra most 3 meat pizza.” but she replied ”we don't have a $3 pizza.” When we finally put our orders in even telling her it’s an $8 pizza just to make sure it’s right. The pizza we received was a $6 extra most cheese pizza. We didn't even leave the parking lot and return it bc it's not what we wanted but since we already ”accepted” it. They can't do anything about it. I took the pizza and got out. I’ve been here many times before and never had an issue but this really ticked me off. If you gonna do drive through, pls be better at listening

We ordered online and they offered to go inside and pick up however we get there and have to go through drive thru which was backed up several cars. It was so backed up we waited 25-30 minutes in drive thru. Once we get to the window it took another 4 minutes to get our order that was supposedly ready and we had already paid. Then we go to eat the pizza and it was luke warm at best ?

Going through the drive thru, thinking it would be kinda quick. Considering theres nobody else in the drive thru,or inside. However waiting for 2 lunch combos for more than 10 minutes is ridiculous. So much for hot n ready

Waited for a hour for 2 pizzas. Keep in mind we got the pizzas not cut and over cooked. During this process of waited, I asked the employee what was taking so long the girl rolled her eyes and said mind your own business and slammed the window. Will not be back!!! Not a family ran place!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!

what else can you say about little caesars. the staff at this location is pretty good. quick as always. the only reason it gets a 4 is because of the product is still little caesars.
