Got dinner delivered through door dash tonight. My burger was burnt well done I wanted medium. Got my son the child's burger it was charred crispy and was on what looked like a half eaten roll. My step daughter got a grilled cheese and fries and the cheese wasn't even melted. Literally received a cheese sandwich. Gf got chicken tenders and mac n cheese, chicken was good mac n cheese looked like it was made last week and ice cold. One of the worst meals we've had for a while. Tried to call the restaurant and let someone know but after getting through the automated messages the phone just rings non stop.

Waitress was nice. Not a long wait. That is the only good thing I have to say about it. Steaks were not cooked right had to send them back and they were almost to tough to eat. On top of that they didn’t even get my order right. Sides were cold also and drinks stayed empty.

Most times, we love Logan's. The food is great, the servers are nice, its an overal great experience. However, this time, we've been here half an hour, waited 10 minutes for anyone at the bar to acknowledge us and had our salads mixed up because, and i quote, "the dressings look so similar". I have also been a server and when 2 guests have 2 types of dressing that appear similar, I would just pay attention to which one was in which hand. Im not impressed this time.

Food was undercooked and cold, our waitress told us they were out of salmon, mashed potatoes, and prime rib. My friend ordered brocolli as her side and once her food was bought out she was told they were out of broccoli. Terrible experience

I ordered to-go. My steak was undercooked, so I had to nuke it in the microwave. The fried smashed potato was dry and tasted like a burnt baked potato. The mac & cheese wasn't worth the extra money. It was dry, had no flavor and it was only about a 1/2 cup serving. If I hadn't used a coupon, I would have returned the whole meal.

We went shopping at the Fayette mall and decided to stop at Logan's to eat. We are not from Lexington and it was the closes thing to us. Walk in and stood there for 10 min and still no hostess. There was several people that walked by that worked there that didn't even acknowledge us. Finally, someone comes up and gets the gentleman in front of us, skips over my family and goes to someone who is standing behind us. Very very unprofessional, that we just left and went to roosters and had GREAT service.

We went as a group of 8 for lunch. Our first waitress did not want to deal with a party of 8 but the waitress who took over was amazing. The service was stellar and the food was great. We never wanted for anything. Drinks were replaced before they ran out, food was served to the right people. This was a great experience for a group of friends to have a very nice lunch.

We ordered burgers and fries and couple of blue moons. just to keep it simple ..got our beers, no oranges...45 minutes later, got our food. I ordered the fried cheese and bacon burger , and there was no bacon, one little pickle, one piece of white/yellow lettuce, and half a tomato wedge...also the fries were not done, still white and tasted frozen ...the cook said that is the way they always are. I eat here all the time, last time they were brown and cooked. Save you money..You can get a better burger and fries at a fast food place.

Just came for dinner, hour wait times. Very confused employees, each front end employee told every customer different wait times. Backed up kitchen. Orderes were misplaced and no one knew what was going on. Upon food arrival, my mushrooms were completely burnt and black, and the next thing of mushrooms i got were really salty. Horrible service and not impressive food for this location.
