Not bad just assume go to Texas Roadhouse if I’m going somewhere like this.

This place is absolutely nasty! We should have left when we first walked in but unfortunately, we stayed. Staff standing around, place was filthy and smelled.
40 min after we ordered, food was delivered one plate at a time. Mashed potatoes had a thick film from sitting too long. Could literally pull film off with a fork. Crazy thing, we ordered fries, not mashed potatoes.
At the end of this experience, we started smelling cigarette smoke that seemed to be coming from the kitchen.

This was definitely a horrible experience

Took over 45 minutes to get our drinks, not busy at all. Out of loaded nachos and potato skins, lemonade machine was broken. All food and appetizers came out at the same time an hour and a half later. Waitress forgot about us for about 30 minutes. First and last time I will be here.

The service was excellent, but I order a medium rare steak and when it came to the table it was borderline blue. I showed the waitress, and she agreed and took it back . About 3 minutes later, I got the same steak brought back, and it was the exact same. I don't know if they put it back on the grill, and it just didn't have time to cook or if it just wasn't put back on at all. The waitress came back up and asked if it looked fine and I was just going to take it as a loss but my wife spoke up and said that it wasn't any better. The manager came out and checked and agreed that it was still undercooked so they took it back and cooked it more. It was brought back out and it was finally cooked but I think it was about medium to medium well. I was fine with it, but when we got the check I was expecting for them to at least give a discount because at this point I had been there for almost 2 hours.

My wife and I went to Logan's Roadhouse for lunch. The food was mediocre, at best. The service was fair. The atmosphere was dull. We won't be back.

The menu is flexible for anyone but my NY strip was not too good because of all the gristle in it.

Allow me to say, I'D PUT NO STARS INSTEAD IF I COULD!!!
My husband and I have been staying away from Logans for a while as it's food, customer service, and all around environment has taken a massive nosedive over the years. Logans use to be our restaurant. But not any longer after last night.
For starters, we arrived a few minutes til 7pm. (Maybe about 6:45pm) we were seated quickly in the bar section. There wasn't many people in the bar at all. Maybe 4 to 5. We sat there for approximately 15 minutes. No one came to greet us. We sat there without drinks or rolls.
Finally at around the 20 minute mark, a waitress came rushing up to us and said that she didnt know we were sitting there. She identified herself and said she'd be back with rolls too.

At the 30 minute mark we still hadn't received anything. I told my husband that I'll together our rolls and drinks. My husband was irritated by this point.

At around to 40 minute mark she finally brought our drinks. Still no rolls. While she (Raj) was there my husband and I decided to just order for the fear we wouldn't get to for hours later. Be both chose the Logan. We also ordered an order of the potato skins.

60 minutes, still no food or rolls.
I then told my husband that I'll go get them myself. So I did. I went to the kitchen doorway and there was a sweet girl there named Danielle. She went out of her way to get the rolls and then she got the butter also. She gave it to me and I explained our situation. Danielle was a very sweet girl and she apologized to me for having to get it myself.
As I got ready to turn around , our original waitress (Raj) came around me and insisted she would get the rolls when I already had. They were in my hand. She (Raj) became very irrate and irritated, slamming things around.
So I went ahead and left the doorway and went back to our seats.
About an hour and a half into this, Raj came to the table with the potato skins and our meals. No steak sauce, no drink refills, no nothing of the sort. The bartender was the one to bring us those.
Fast forward, 2 hours after being there and dealing with this waitress from he'll, we asked for our bill and it was brought to us about 10 minutes later. While I was looking at the bill, Raj decided to take the time to finally clean off our dishes. She asked if we'd like a to go drink. It was in a large "good cup" and she said she'd bring me some rolls for home as well.
I had to look at this woman and just smile. Knowing that she was trying to make the last 2.5 hours of hell be corrected with some rolls, drinks, and a clean table "so we can sit back and just relax and talk" (What does she think we had been doing all this time?!)
So, on my merchant copy after i signed it, I wrote on there near the tip section.......
"Please acknowledge the customers more and not ignore them like you did"
Tip: $0.00
"Happy Thanksgiving!"
I then went to the kitchen with $10.00, and wanted to talk to Danielle.
Raj found the bill that I signed and made a beeline to my general direction. I was speaking to the manager on duty. I was explaining to her how and what had happened. Raj was extremely irate she was raising her voice and saying how unfair that was of me to do to her. She kept repeating "that's not right! That's not right at all!" The manager wanted to make everything thing better for us and our experience there but honestly we will never go back. It was just too terrible.
So, before I left I found Danielle and I handed her the $10.00. She at first didn't want to take it. She explained that all she did was get us rolls and that's it . I told her that she did more for us, showed more kindness to us, than our server did the whole time we had been there. I also explained that she, Danielle, got the tip from us a

I ordered the nachos, was brought enough for 2 people. They had a bite to them. This place was really busy at the time we went, waitress couldn't get another person in our party right.
