The service staff was rude and lacked good communication. Our server didn't check on us one time after we ordered. The food was very salty that it was difficult to eat.

Such a great place to go for a girls night! They serve such great drinks, the shareable plates are perfect size, and the atmosphere is so fun! Every server I’ve ever had at Lost Palm is super nice and attentive! The patio area is fun with the live music but it can be hard to hear. The large booths inside are nice as well, but I did have to reserve one weeks in advance to secure one! 10/10 recommend!!

Came for some bites and drinks! They had a DJ playing tunes so it was a little noisy, but in a good way! Everyone, including ourselves, seemed to be having a great time and the vibes were great!

Tried multiple ways to offer them feedback directly, but nobody would connect with us. They have mocktails and cocktails on the menu with the exact same names, and default to serving you the alcoholic version when one is ordered. I probably don't need to list the many reasons this is a bad idea. The menu needs an update to ensure safety.

Went for Sunday funday karaoke. Had a good time! Cowboy Kam's karaoke was Fun. Had the 5$ taco special. It was very tasty and filling. Drink specials were great. Parking situation was disappointing. Cost 10.02$ for a 3 hour stay on a pre holiday Sunday night x 4 for our party in its entirety. Parking in this area and the distiller district I believe is hurting the businesses from this area. For me at least is a reason for limited visitation. My party started with 4 and grew to 7. It was near seating capacity shortly after arrival but they helped accommodate our increased party size. View of Gatton park was wonderful with the lighted trees.

Drinks were good but strong (which isn't necessarily bad but it is of note). The room was nice and had a cute theme/vibe but we did get sat closest to the bathroom even when it wasn't super busy. Food was pretty quick and good. It was pretty pricey for what it was both drinks and food and the server was nice but not the most friendly. I would go back for drinks and maybe the trivia night.

We come here to celebrate my birthday every year! I drive up from Louisville! It’s become a tradition since they opened! Perfect atmosphere and vibes for drinks and apps! The manager Brittany made my birthday extra special this year by making sure I got the booth I wanted and letting our waitress know it was my bday! They brought out a shot for me and champagne for all of us! They are always able to keep my cake in the back in the fridge until we’re done eating and they light the candles and add sparklers sometimes! Their drinks are so amazing! The cutest summer vibes! Their rooftop is also gorgeous especially when it’s warmer outside! I highly recommend!! Food is always hot and delicious! Drinks are so unique and they can customize them if you’d like them sweeter, etc.. I LOVE Lost Palm!

My recent visit to lost palm was extremely disappointing due to an incident involving one of the servers. A female staff member directed an inappropriate and offensive remark toward someone in our party. This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and embarrassing for the server and the establishment. Until then, I cannot recommend this place.
Aaron, Camille, and Siri are the best crew over at Lost Palm! Quick, Efficient and great under pressure. A must visit in Lexington.

We came here for a bachelor party and had a great experience thanks to the Emmy and Camille Our server was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed without any hassle. The bartender was friendly, quick with drinks, and kept the atmosphere fun. Both helped make the night smooth and enjoyable.

Food was great, but no share plates. service was okay but slow (our server was very sweet). The scorpion bowl was awful. The DJ set was extremely loud inside, impossible to have a conversation. Love this bar but was not the sit back and chat space we expected.
