This place definitely earns every one of its 5 stars that it has. Ik I had to try it when it had over 500 of them. I got the brisket and it is so flavorful and mouthwatering. The crust is absolutely perfection bursting with flavor. I'm just visiting but this will be a place I wont forget to stop at when I'm in the area. Don't sleep on this spot!
This restaurant is amazing. You can taste the hard work and time that has went into preparing the meats. The brisket was melt in your mouth, turkey was juicy and flavorful, pulled pork was tender and the ribs were fall off the bone. The sides are amazing as well. The biscoff banana pudding and pit beans were fantastic. I highly recommend them and will be returning soon.
What in the ’Texas Monthly’ do we have here? The Best BBQ in the state of Kentucky—that’s what. By far. Not just in Lexington.
God tier brisket, crack n’ cheese, collards that bring me back to Mississippi, & tater salad that I inhaled more than oxygen when it was in front of me.
