upon entry i was greeted by an employee who’s name was andy. she was very friendly and has that kind of personality that’s energizing and welcoming. she suggested that i try the chicken alfredo pizza which was AMAZING btw. my only downside with my trip to mad mushroom, was that one of the staff members whose name i found out to be is alex, was a little bit rude and condescending. mind you, this establishment closes at 1 am or 2 am, i was there shortly before close (i know i hated to be that customer but i tipped graciously) alex was very adamant about me only having a few minutes left to order, and was just being quite nasty. rolling his/her (idk pronouns) eyes, and just being unprofessional with another staff member there. i left with a great pizza which was nice. but something about the way alex treated me rubbed me the wrong way. andy was the redeemable factor customer service wise. overall awesome pizza, y’all should check them out!
Small but nice. Staff was super friendly. Our pizza (chicken bbq) was great!
Pizza was AWESOME! Got the meat pizza. It was made quick, and the garlic bites were perfect! The inside is really small, and doest look like more than a few people could eat in there at a time.
It was pretty good food but the area is really not that great for Real
Not so smart workers i asked for a slice of pizza and they had me waiting more than 20 min and every time I ask how long it's going to take they say 5 min so I end up leaving without my order
My son really likes to grill chicken pizza with Alfredo sauce we love mad mushroom
Honestly the pictures looked fire so we stopped in, but something felt off. We walked in and weren't really greeted or offered a menu until we asked for one. And once we sat and looked at the menu, it didn't seem as exciting as expected. So we just left. It may have just been the mood but hopefully we'll have a better experience next time
I ordered through DoorDash and only received part of my order. I called the store and the service received was terrible. When I told the employee that I didn't receive my whole order there was no apology or understanding or attempt to resolve the problem. All he said was "That's DoorDash's problem. You need to call them. That's not my problem, that's theirs." I disagreed and asked how it was their problem that they didn't hand the driver my full order?" I understand this order was placed through 3rd party, and I understand there's a sharing of responsibility in the mistake, but for there to be no understanding, no apology, no acceptance of any responsibility made this situation so much worse. My issue started with not receiving what I ordered, but what's worse than that was the complete lack of care and concern that my order wasn't fully delivered. The employee called me "naive" in my complaint. Basically what was communicated to me was "You're not my customer, you're DoorDash's customer." Even when I was conveying my frustration that "I paid you $62 for a single pizza" his response was "You didn't pay us anything. You paid DoorDash." Just an unbelievable experience.
My family and i went to this location for the first time, and Danielle definitely gave us our first time pizza experience to a whole nother level. Danielle customer service was top noch for sure and had a nice smile. Thank you Danille the 25min drive and food was well worth it. We will be coming back.

i placed a delivery order from this restaurant on a tuesday night at 9:30 pm with an eta of ~10:25 pm.
i called the restaurant at 10:31 pm because my order still hadn’t arrived. in the first call the employee on shift told me the delivery driver’s car had “broken down” but my order “should be delivered soon.”
i called the restaurant again at 10:45 pm to ask for a more specific eta on my order (because at that point it had been almost an hour and a half since i placed the order). the same employee answered, this time transferring me to a manager after a long hold. i explained the manager my situation and he was very rude. he said “the drive delivered your order to a man on the first floor.” to which i recounted to him the detailed delivery instructions i included (including door codes, my apartment floor level, etc.) and he just replied “yeah, so..” telling me that there’s “nothing they can do” then he begrudgingly offered to refund me.
as someone who has worked in restaurants my whole working life, i found this to be very out of place behavior that 1. the driver gave my order to a “man” when the name on the order was chloe, and 2. that the driver delivered my order to the “first floor” when i included in my delivery instructions that we live on the top floor.

When we pulled in we didn't realize how good the food would be. To say the least we were VERY impressed.

I ordered online within 10 minutes of concert ending. Estimated to be ready in 20 min. We arrived and there was quite a wait for pizzas that people were placing as they walked in (45 min). Thankfully ours was ready within minutes. Place was clean, they provided utensils, napkins and plates upon request. It was wonderful. Pizza was NY style - ish. Not thin crust. Very good. Just FYI
