Genuinely the best meal we have ever had, we had the perfect booth in the back. The waiter was amazing I had like six sweet teas and they were always a replacement by the time I got done with one. I ordered the grass fed filet mignon and it was the best steak I've ever had, my girlfriend had the chicken linguine and it was amazing also. 10/10 would recommend to everyone. The ambience was great also, literally nothing negative to say at all!

We frequently visit Malone's Hamburg and usually find it one of the best experiences. This was not the case this last time. We received the worst service we've ever experienced anywhere. We were a party of 3. The wait after we were seated before a server came to ask us for drinks was 15 minutes. We ordered drinks which took another 20 minutes to arrive to our table, and then had to ask for water and bread. When we ordered our food and it finally came to our table over an hour later, it was not prepared as requested. The servers never stoped to give an update or ask if we needed drink refills. One steak ordered medium was rare (if not blue), and other two steaks were more than well done. Also, our sides were cold, and hardly cooked. Brussels sprouts were cold and raw. Our server never came and asked if everything was as it should be once our food finally came. We had to ask for to go boxes. Then it was another 20 minutes until those came, and then had to ask for the check. Quite a disappointing experience.

We came twice during our stay. One night we had crab Rangoon, shrimp tempura roll and sliders. Salad was excellent. Fish and chips the second day, so good!!!

My cousin who is a regular at Malones brought us to the bar for a girls afternoon to watch the ohio state game and abruptly the staff made us leave because we exceeded their 3 drink policy. We did absolutely nothing wrong and had a designated driver. Instead of giving us a heads up about the 3 drink limit, they stood over us like guard dogs and asked us to leave. Poor staffing and management

Kyle was our waiter and he was WONDERFUL! We were celebrating recent marriage of two of our friends. We got a little loud but he could not have handled one of our loud guest any better. He was charming, funny, and super efficient and professional!!! The BEST. Food was amazing and all was great!!
