I've been in several times and the staff is super rude. I hate leaving bad reviews but...the girl working today literally rolled her eyes when I walked up to the counter (they weren't busy). Sorry to interrupt you chatting with your friends! 🥴

The employees have been rude several times, especially the female staff, and it's clear there's also racism involved. They don’t treat everyone this way only specific groups of people are treated poorly. I’ve reached out to the company multiple times about their rude and discriminatory behavior, but nothing has changed. They really need to train their employees on customer service skills.

Wanted some freshly roasted coffee beans so gave Manchester a try. I was a little disappointed to not find a roast date on their bags and thought they were pricey. I got the Charge, which was the cheapest, $14/ 8 oz bag. It's good but I just don't think it's my personal favorite. It is fair trade and organic, just wish price and date were better on their beans.

This is a store with a atmosphere that I like.
There were so many people that I couldn't sit inside the store.
But there are tables outside.
Next time, let's order an espresso.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a slope.

Seriously good coffee to get your morning going. There is also I large quiet seating area for study or work. Several communal style tables and a couch and chairs make the space feel very inviting. They’re also right next to DV8 kitchen, which makes a great pairing!

Parking: Parking is free, however there are several other business and an apartment complex that all use the same lot.

Kid-friendliness: Charles Young park is right across the street so you can get a bevy and go let the kids be kids.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramped entrance on the parking lot side of the building.

Best coffee in town - in house roasters. Inside is super comfortable and great place to work - would put atmosphere at 5 star if they had a larger outside area
