Masala Fine Indian Cuisine in Louisville strikes that sweet spot for anyone craving bold spices and comforting classics. On my visit, I leaned into a tried-and-true lineup: chicken vindaloo with its fiery depth, a mound of fluffy basmati rice, and pillowy garlic naan that was just the right mix of soft and crisp at the edges. This restaurant was really great! The food was exceptional and the service was amazing! I had never had Indian food before so it was a first time experience for me and the owner made it such a good one! He was so hospitable and made sure we were taken care of! Went out of his way to not only tell me about the cuisine but also tell us about his culture! Overall a great experience!
This is one of these restaurants that I'd been meaning to try for a long time - so glad I finally did today. The chicken tikka and dal and onion chutney on the lunch buffet were delicious, and the kheer was outstanding. Friendly service, topped off with a lovely cup of chai. Will definitely be returning in the future!
