I come from Cincinnati, I know all 3 locations there and I can tell that I love Mazunte, and they make sure to bring all the authentic, natural and original flavor all the way here to Lexington. I am original from Mexico and I can say it is really authentic food. Still one of my favorite places! All the staff is amazing!
I totally recommend the Quesa Birria or the blue corn quesadillas!
Also the House margarita is delicious, something everyone should try!

Best tacos anywhere! Chips are served with five different kinds of salsa…all very flavorful. Even the pinto bean puree was uniquely delicious. A serendipitous find during our recent trip to Lexington!

We stopped by yesterday for lunch, it was my first time there and let me tell you that the service and atmosphere alone is worth the trip! Our server was amazing, he was friendly, very attentive and handled all his tables very well. The cheese dip is AMAZING!
