Do Not go eat at this restaurant. GlideParcs charges you for parking in the garage. I am from out of town and got a $60.00 ticket. It was a Sunday and my meal was over $20.00 plus I have to pay a ticket!!!

Great food as always but the store is freezing. Apparently the owner won't turn on the heat unless a certain amount of days in a row have been cold? I guess customers and employees are just supposed to freeze in the meantime.Literally so cold that everyone kept their coats on and I took my food to go. Not a good way to do business and probably illegal.

I quite like the food from here, but sometimes it can be a real hit or miss. I usually get it delivered via doordash, and sometimes my order is wrong or missing items. I really like their club sandwich & tomato & cucumber salad, but like I said- it’s unfortunately a hit or miss.

Not sure what happened to this place. It used to be ok (kind of pricey for ok food but a convenient lunch spot if you’re in the area), but it’s gone down hill. We’d heard it was under new management and decided to give it a try. Everyone there seems out of it or focused only on carryout. The staff aren’t really friendly or approachable. The woman who took our order lost our ticket, so we never actually got to try the food (unrated). The service is the worst. We sat in the lobby for close to 30 minutes waiting for our order. No one stopped to ask if we’d gotten our food. Our food was apparently taken or given away to other customers by the staff. We saw two eating in the lobby that had the exact same number, so the clueless staff probably just gave it away. We did manage to get a refund (though we had to ask several times while they scrambled around looking for our food). Can’t say I’d recommend this place. You’d do well to avoid it.

I have never received a worse excuse for food in my life. For $11 I received a half club sandwich. Trust me, two saltine crackers would have been plenty for the whole thing. Half chef salad.... I won't even get started on that.... Kids size baked potato.... Good thing I wasn't feeding a child. It was cold, half cooked and mealy, like it had been cooked for way too long. We're not even braving the other sandwich....., especially after trying the pittance of turkey that was so stringy it was amazing. I never knew you could get turkey that didn't require ar least a couple of chews to digest.... This stuff dissolved like a tums. we're both so disgusted by the "food" I don't dare try the carrot cake. I'm afraid....

I was excited going here... Reviews for their food are good and the menu is exciting to me. I will never know how good or bad the food is cause they didn't take my order. I live near this place and took a short walk here to get some lunch. I stood at the counter and was literally ignored for 10 minutes - no one took my order or even asked if I was being helped. All the employees were focused on take out and delivery orders and there were clearly enough people handling orders that they could help. I honestly get the feeling for being their and reading the other reviews here that they simply have garbage people working there. They did in fact seem annoyed that they were having to do their jobs. Why would I go here for food??? No good answer which is why I walked out. I am not going to beg for food when I am paying a premium for it (stuff on their menu isn't cheap). Sad very sad

Ordered a pickup order online. Got home and found out our order was wrong, so I called the store and they said we can come back so they can remake it but they can’t do a refund. We go back to the store only to be told they don’t have enough food prepared to remake the meal we paid for, but they said they could give us a 1/2 portion, without even a partial refund. We then had to wait 15 minutes for the food in an empty restaurant. Check the food in store, it looks right, so we go home and find under the toppings that the order was made wrong, AGAIN. Now I still do not have what I ordered and paid for a full entree.

Great food. Great people but the conditions the employees are working in is atrocious. It's at least 100 degrees in the store. I thought I was going to pass out while I was waiting for my food. Love this location but goodness, it's just to hot for customers let alone the people working there.

The last several times I have been it has not been crowded but I have had to wait quite awhile for any workers to come out from the kitchen to take my order. And I feel like the have not given near as much veggies on their spuds. I probably just need to remind myself before I want to go that this location is a letdown.
